Let's face it, dealers sometimes get a bad reputation. Cars cost money—money to buy and money to keep them running. And as drivers and owners, the time and money we spend is almost always frustrating. So the dealer has a thankless job. It's for that reason I am writing this review, to thank AutoNation Ford Westlake for its service and patience handling everything I've throw at them. And the people at the service desk, they're the best. I feel more like a client than a customer when I hear from Danielle, my service representative. With every visit, Danielle has made sure the job was done right and with the least inconvenience to me.
