Service was great but communication on when car ready was lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. I was told 10am but apparently not finished until 2. That wasn’t a problem but if system could generate a notification that would have been helpful. Rachel was helping another customer when I stopped to see if car ready so it might have just been finished and there wasn’t time to notify me.
