He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and addressed any/and all questions/concerns that we had. We had a couple of things we wanted done prior to purchasing. I had a good experience buying my Mazda CX-5 at Kempthorn. I also looked at a VW Tiguan and a Volvo XC40 while there. Jay Murdock was good to work with and not high pressure. And he was understanding even when we wandered off and talked to the salesman in their Volvo area. My only real complaint was I felt he could have been just a little better at pointing out the the best features of the vehicle.

Heard good things about this dealership so drove down from Toledo. When I pulled on in I noticed how unkept it looked - junk cars in the back, weeds growing in the parking lot, a car wash that I would be afraid of. Went in and was greeted by AC / DC blasting in the showroom. Made a quick stop in the bathroom and the waste can was overflowing onto the floor. I decided then that I had wasted my time as this was not my type of dealership.
