The work appears to be fine. They gave me a ride home which I did appreciate. The cost for the work preformed is way out of line with other dealers that service my other cars. I had a Part A done instead of the Part B. Instead of telling me that my filters need to be replaced, they contact me or come to the waiting room and show me the filters and recommend replacement. Then I can decide at that time what I want to do, instead of telling me I didn't do Part B. Not good customer service! I was called at 3pm and told my car was ready. I arrived at 445pm and although the work was done, my car was still dirty. They had 1 hr. and 45 minutes to run it through the washer, yet told me they didn't have time. I waited 10 minutes to run it through the washer. For the amount you charge, they should have made sure it was at least washed.

I have relationships with other Mercedes dealerships in other parts of the country and I can honestly say that Justin, Luke and Jon are awesome to work with. Excellent service and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They are the best in the their profession. I only wish I could have them at the Mercedes store at home in Florida.

He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and addressed any/and all questions/concerns that we had. We had a couple of things we wanted done prior to purchasing. Ryan said he'd take care of it and have the items mailed to us. We were presently surprised when both items were delivered. I had a good experience buying my Mazda CX-5 at Kempthorn. I also looked at a VW Tiguan and a Volvo XC40 while there. Jay Murdock was good to work with and not high pressure. And he was understanding even when we wandered off and talked to the salesman in their Volvo area. My only real complaint was I felt he could have been just a little better at pointing out the the best features of the vehicle.

Definitely a 5+ star experience. Worked with Lee Thompson in Sales & Brian Debold in Finance. From the first phone call asking about a vehicle they had on internet...until we walked out the door with the vehicle we came in for, we were treated with courtesy, support, understanding of our situation, and respect. We drove 90 minutes to get there. Well worth the trip. Start to finish, a 2 hour process. Everything was as we were told before we ever left home. Honest, up front staff who create a light and caring environment. No stress, extremely clean and welcoming environment.
