We recently leased our 4th Mercedes Benz GLE 53 Turbo from North Olmsted Mercedes. Barry Sisler has been our sales representative for years we just love him!, He goes out of his way to find exactly what we’re looking for each and every time. This time my husband told Barry I want to hear a popping sound coming out of the exhaust when I accelerate the gas. With no problem Barry found the perfect choice for us. Barry always has a smile which is important when dealing with customers. Thanks again Barry and Mercedes Benz.

Trading up to a Mercedes for the first time can be daunting, but Vaughn and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Centerville made it hassle-free for my wife and I. As we considered options to replace my wife's Honda, Vaughn patiently guided us through test drives and answered all our newbie questions. He took the time to explain different models and features without any pressure. Everyone we talked to recommended Mercedes Benz of Centerville, part of the Bob Ross dealership group, and they lived up to their reputation. Once we decided on a model, they quickly handled paperwork while prepping the car. To top it off, we even snagged a photo with owner Jenell Ross! From start to finish, they exceeded expectations. My wife adores her new Mercedes thanks to the great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Centerville!

Normally I don’t write reviews unless I have exceptional experience and this was one of them. I flew to this dealership all the way from Seattle, WA to buy a car that I was looking for 2 years(Mercedes GLS 63AMG)They picked me up from the airport. Car was clean, washed, detailed, all services were done, new brakes, felt like I am buying a new car. Sales person Frank was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and he went above and beyond by providing additional pictures and videos , service records and providing all other necessary information. Paperwork with finance manager Francesco was quick and smooth, absolutely no pressure on getting extra stuff (extended warranty etc). Sales manager Bret also was very professional, friendly. They have really good team. Highly recommended!!!

I had a good experience buying my Mazda CX-5 at Kempthorn. I also looked at a VW Tiguan and a Volvo XC40 while there. Jay Murdock was good to work with and not high pressure. And he was understanding even when we wandered off and talked to the salesman in their Volvo area. My only real complaint was I felt he could have been just a little better at pointing out the the best features of the vehicle.
