A special thanks to Dave Steel on the resale side too. This team of people were professional, focused and honestly dilligent in making my lease purchase easy, affordable, and pleasurable. I've been leasing cars for more than 30 years. I've had Porsche, Mercedes, Lexus, etc. . So, it's safe to say, I know leasing. Abby Wells was our sales person Joe Logan was the facility manager and finance was Brock and Bridget. They were all 100% awesome Abby checked with us quite a few times while we were in the building to make sure everything was going smoothly and Joe also checked with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, we had a couple glitches on my side but nothing to do with them. I highly recommend this dealership 100%. And they called and checked on us after I took the car home a couple of times to make sure everything was going OK if I had any questions on my car

An update on yesterdays review. Later in the day I received a phone call from Tom Ahl himself. He apologised profusely, he wasn't aware of the current Hyundai service department wait time. He offered to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT ". He instructed me to bring the car in the following morning, I may have to leave it for the day and if that was the case I would be given the use of a loner. He wanted me to have a working air conditioner for the weekend. I opted to wait in the comfortable waiting area. Within 2 hours I was able to drive home. Well done Tom Alh you know how to go totally above and beyond to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT ". Yes I only gave 4 stars as I have to see if there is a find leak in the air conditioner. The air conditioner has been tested and filled with new freon that has a dye in it. If there is a leak the dye will indicate where it is. Yes I am a happy Hyundai customer/owner again.
