Jason, Rob, and Bob, and the rest of the sales staff are very honest and forthright. This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership. The service division is also very professional as well. Errick Herrin offered great service. He really took the time not to rush me into my next car, and I tried several vehicles before making a decision. I actually spent much longer than I had planned, but it didn't seem that long. All vehicles had CarFax available, and all my questions were answered. Errick really listened to what I wanted. STAY FAR AWAY!!! The only thing worse then their sales staff, is the service department!!! They will be nice when you are buying from them, but if you have a problem, forget it!! Their service department continually missed diagnosed, an engine coolant intrusion into the cylinders for about 6 to 8 months, which is a common problem on Ecoboost engines. WAKE UP LIBERTY!! They are only interested in selling you a car, NOTHING ELSE!! I'm sure they would have been perfectly fine misleading me, until my warranty was up, and I would have to pay out of pocket. The salesman I bought the car from was only interested in selling me something else, and didn't care about the 40k problem he already sold me. I'm so glad I decided to go somewhere else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO LIBERTY!!

Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

Do not buy a car from this dealership owner group! I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. I went in to this dealership on 3/9/2024 to look at a vehicle for sale. After getting an offer, I decided to wait and try and do a private sale on my car instead of the trade-in offer that they gave me. Rick, the salesman contacted me regularly through the rest of March asking how the process was going (he wanted the sale). On 4/5/2024 at 5:25 pm, he sent me a text with a new price on the vehicle. When I called the next day, I discovered that Rick was off work that day and the guy I spoke with said that the price was actually $6k higher than what Rick sent me. When I mentioned that I received this text, the guy said that it didn’t matter what Rick sent me. This is clear evidence of a bait-and-switch sales tactic. In fact, this “deal” was worse than what I was offered back in March. This is actually my second bad experience from this dealership owner group. 10+ years ago, I had a bad experience with their service department. I thought I would give them another chance. Boy, was I wrong!
