I was so overjoyed to meet Paul H when I arrived for my Service visit on Monday, 6/9/2025. I told him I felt like I was back in Melbourne FL @ Kelly Ford and that Fairway Ford is now picking up where I left off. As I enjoyed some popcorn and cookies in the waiting area, I looked outside and my truck was serviced quicker than I had expected. Beautiful! Great Service Dept. Choosing a car can be a daunting process, but my recent experience at Krieger Ford was great from start to finish. From the beginning, Carl Easley was very welcoming. I was not sure which vehicle I wanted but he listened attentively to what I was looking for and presented several models and explained all of the options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he was patient while I test drove a few different models and even looked at other vehicles at other dealerships over the course of a couple of weeks before deciding on the Mustang Mach-e. As it is my first electric vehicle, he sat with me and went through all of the vehicle setup options and offered helpful tips to make the most of my driving experience. After 2 weeks, I am very happy with my purchase. My very tall family fits comfortably and it is so fun to drive I no longer dread my daily commute! I highly recommend Carl Easley at Krieger Ford if you're looking for a positive car buying experience!

He had the Escape pulled up front waiting for a test drive when l arrived. I loved the smooth ride and knew that was the car for me. He answered all my questions about the car in a clear, concise and patient manner. After completing the necessary paperwork, l drove off the lot. Love my Escape!
