This was my first time dealing with Carl, I always dealt with a different person, but she retired. I was buying the Maverick for my daughter and Carl took the extra time to get what she wanted (which was the color) in a vehicle beside the color. I have a 2023 Maverick, but he said that there were some changes between the 2023 and the 2025, mainly in the display. Carl showed her how to get what she wanted on the display. He also loaded FordPass on both hers and mine cell phones to correct a problem I was having with FordPass. I have been buying vehicles there since 1996 and it is good to know that my daughter will have the same great experience I always had there. I hope they will be in business for another 30 years.
