The only reason I purchased the vehicle from here was because the build I was looking for was a hard find. Despite the vehicle having pitted wheels (which I later discovered when I tried to detail the car thinking it was just grime from sitting outside all winter), and two deep scratches on the fender that they were very matter-of-fact about and basically told me "it is what it is", and it being a former rental (which we all know how well those get taken care of), they hardly budged on the price, gave my trade-in less than KBB value in good condition (and believe me, it was), and I got the overall feeling that they felt I should be grateful for buying a car from them, rather than the other way around. The break light needed replaced; one thing they actually did without hesitation. When I came back when the part came in, I inquired about a rotation and alignment (8,500 miles - so worth a check) I was basically scoffed at by the guy at the desk in the service department and told I'd be paying to have it checked if I wanted to. Really? I just drove the car off the lot two days ago. You got my money, so now my needs no longer matter? I've never been back since. I feel very let down the more I think about it and the more time goes on. I wish I could say I've been to the same dealership more than once for a car. Snyder is #4 and is no different from the rest of them, yet they act like they stand apart. When you're looking for a car and the Napoleon exit is coming up, just keep driving...
