The experience was easy, timely, and excellent! Chris Fast was our salesman. He was quick to contact me. Most of our initial communication was via text, which for me was outstanding. We live in Williston and I'm always on the go, so text messages are perfect. He sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in, both inside and out. Awesome!! He got our paperwork done expeditiously and Vic got us approved. They even arranged it so that my husband didn't even have to take time off work to be there for paperwork!! Amazing!! We were extremely satisfied with the ease and speed that it was all done....and we even got our payments in the range we wanted. Just a fantastic experience all the way around!! Definitely worth visiting this dealership if your in the market for a vehicle.

A Kansan, I was visiting in Bismarck last week. Enroute, I had trouble with the pressure in my left front tire. I called Schwan's, and the dealership was able to work me into their busy schedule, solving the initial problem then also doing some maintenance I requested. The servicemen had the car ready in time for me to make my return trip as planned. In addition, they washed the car to eliminate the bugs that were caked on the windshield and grill of my vehicle after miles on the road. I was very pleased at the warmth of reception I received at Schwan's and the quality of the work done. If I ever again have car troubles in the Bismarck area, I will return to this dealership. Thank you!
