This dealership has potential to be a good smaller scale place but the management responsiveness is poor. I wanted to negotiate damages on a vehicle they were selling that should have been repaired based on the vehicle’s description but there was no follow up and they may have a pattern of not doing a reasonable QC on there inventory.

So disappointed. Chris our salesman was awesome. HOWEVER... We bought a truck a week ago and every day since we bought it, something has happened. Passenger seat stopped working the next day. Trunk scraping. Noticed driver side seat doesn't heat. Next morning, truck won't start and no we did all our checks and balances to make sure we didn't leave anything on like they tried to insinuate. They told us they fully charged it. We went 3 hours from home... Now we are stranded and the truck won't start even with a jump! We've had it ONE week! This is crazy! $300 later we finally got the truck to start. The battery they assured us was okay was bad!!! Tested it 3xs at auto zone with photos to prove it!

Unprofessional & Crooked business deal…Gabe Rowe won’t refund $20,000 after having car for one day.The car is returned back on lot due to strong urine odor,broke seat handle,remote start was not as advertised & car started jerking during driving.Kevin Woodard concern was bringing check bc I was given a loaner when I refused at 1st.After last call,I took check. I went to dealership on 3/26/24. Didn’t sign papers. Days later I was told to sign bc of purchasing after told vehicle was at Chevrolet bc seatbelt recall.Then I was told something was being order for the vehicle.Come to find out,Kevin lied.He didn’t suppose to get check til vehicle came in. I was texted about vehicle in on 3/14/24 & was not satisfied.Come to find out,he sent check in to be cashed before vehicle was at dealership & seen by buyer.I wasn’t given paperwork or nothing. I wouldn’t never purchased that vehicle in that condition.The upper management admit Kevin was wrong & the lies I was told.But yet doesn’t want to refund.

I worked for Grant Jarman for three years in the 90"s selling cars. Grant and Jim work hard to buy and sale the best used car available in Greenville. I am no longer in the car business and do not live in the Greenville area . I have bought several cars from Grant over the years and have had excellent service out of all. Grant is not a mechanic ,but he is very knowledgeable about what to look for in a good used car . He would send every car to the same outside mechanic to have the cars looked at before they went on the lot . mechanical things break down even in new cars . buy a car with warranty if you do not want to be hassled by nit picky problems. most of his cars will have factory warranty anyway. They deal in quality.

Looked at a car online got online was told it was there. Got message a couple hours later saying it wasn't there. Decided to go anyway. Looked at a Camry, the bank wouldn't approve it to many miles, looked at a newer Toyota got approved. It pulls to the left. All the tires were low and theres black sticky stuff all over the inside back glass. Cracked taillight hole in front bumper spider web from impact in rear bumper and still cost $17,000.. just be aware of what your getting into.

Sale representative Bella very unprofessional. Visit the dealership early June to test drive a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee will attending a military school at Fort Liberty, NC. I completed my military school and was hoping to come back to purchase the vehicle but due to a family emergency I wasn't able to return I was asked to place $100 hold to reserve the vehicle and that the $100 will be return if I came back and purchased the vehicle (which means the it’s refundable) Contact the dealership on 28JUN24, 09JUL24 and today 19JUL24 asking for a refund due to me not being able to comeback. Sale Representative Bella acted confused asking did I receive a receipt for the transaction of the $100. And now is stating that I can not be refunded due to missing out on a sale. Visit dealership site today 19JUL24 and vehicle is still on the lot. Would not recommend this dealership to any family, friends, or military member due to inconsistency, inconvenience and poor customer service.

It's difficult as a woman to make a car purchase, I've been to 3 other dealerships and walked out after hours of badgering. I just purchased my second Fiat from Auto Express. The customer service was superior once again. I worked with Justin Sutton and he was kind, honest, straight forward and didn't play the typical "salesman game." He went above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. The entire team of professionals were great to work with. Tim, the finance manager worked very hard to accomodate me in every way and is continuing to work on getting me the best interest rate possible. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a new or used vehicle go and ask for Justin Sutton. I know when I am ready for another vehicle he will be the first I contact.

Don't believe these positive internet reviews - they are fake. Bob Dunn Hyundai is full of crooks. Worst experience EVER. I have had my share of car buying experiences, and some are good, some are bad, but you cant expect it all to be perfect. But I can assure you THIS IS THE WORST. They will nickle and dime you and keep HARASSING you until you die (verbatim what I was told from Lee himself). All they care about is their pockets. PLEASE STAY AWAY. They are the rudest, most unprofessional and insensitive "business people" on the planet. I can not believe Hyundai allows them to still be in business!
