I had a 10:30 appointment for oil change and inspection. After 2 hours of sitting in waiting area, I messaged about status of car because it appeared they were having a party. No response, so I called. I was put on hold. 2 1/2 hours later, I called again. This time she said they were having a party but I expressed my concern about the long wait. A few minutes later, service worker came to say my car was ready. I received a discount, but couldn’t use my Chevrolet rewards. When I asked why it took so long, he said an internet issue. This is not my first bad experience, but I decided to give another try. Never again!!!
