Our journey started with my wife bringing in her Volvo, her 6th, for service. While we waited, we were approached by Zach Pletcher who noticed our interest in a Porsche Macan S. After my wife finished the test drive, WE left that day with our first Porsche. A few weeks later I was at the dealership, collecting the ALL Weather matts for my wife's Macan, when I noticed this BEAUTIFUL 718 on the showroom floor. I asked Zach if I may take it "for a spin (test drive)". After the test drive, I was hooked... I thought long and hard, resisted the urge to purchase "on the spot" and did my due diligence in research. 4 weeks later I purchased the 718, and have NEVER been more HAPPY. This is our 2nd Porsche purchase from Paramount AND working with such a GREAT team (Zach, Cole and Kami) made our decision(s) EASY... I'd like to say THANKS to ALL the wonderful team members for making us feel at ease and unpressured.

I have always received outstanding service from Eric Don-Jordan in their parts department. He tires to understand what you think you need and may offer a better solution. He did find a better solution for my 1997 911 issue. He works to get a good price and always fast fulfillment.

While visiting family far from my home, I needed service help with my Porsche Boxster involving a tire issue. I called and was helped by Caleb. He scheduled an immediate appointment and then arranged for a new tire to be installed while I waited. A very reassuring visit when I really needed assistance before a 550 mile drive back home. I wish I received the same prompt, courteous and professional help from my Porsche dealer at home. Caleb even arranged to have my car cleaned inside and outside before I left. A surprisingly pleasant experience under unfamiliar circumstances. Thank you, Porsche Wilmington, NC!

I was told by their salesperson I'd be first in line once - Robert M

I was told by their salesperson I'd be first in line once the dealership got a 2025 911 GTS cab allocation. The next thing I know the salesperson is no longer there ("for good reason," the manager tells me), and no one bothered to tell me—for weeks. I just happened to find out when I called for the salesperson and the receptionist told me he no longer works there. The manager then says they won't put me on a numbered waiting list (contrary to the salesperson's assurance) and offers no apology for changing the dealership's story. I reported my experience to the general manager and got no response from him. In short, I don't think they care. They run their dealership like a bunch of amateurs in my personal opinion. They certainly don't inspire confidence to buy a $200,000 vehicle from them. I'd suggest people find another dealership.

I purchased my Porsche from another dealership, but have lived in the triangle for the past few years and have done all of my service with Teresa and her team. The service, communication and attention to detail has been incredible. it's actually a pleasure to take my car in to get it fixed, go figure!

Bought three Porsche's from Porsche of Fayetteville. A 2008 Cayenne, a 2011 Cayenne and a 2015 Macan. Cannot say enough good things about Paul LeClair. I live 60 miles away from this dealership, and three miles from the nearest Porsche Dealer and would only give my business to Porsche of Fayetteville. Paul is low key, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He stays on top of the order process and keeps the customer informed during the build/shipping process and personally delivers the car to me 60 miles away.
