This was a very easy transition from my 2021 VW Tiguan to a 2024 Tiguan. Fox was so helpful in getting the right car for the right lease payment, and was so impressed with Paramount Porsche Volvo, VW. Will a 2024 Tiguan. I had been considering a Volvo upgrade purchase for some time. I had visited this Paramount Volvo several times over the past 3 years. Every time we were greeted with a smile, and the staff was always fri time. I had visited this Paramount Volvo several times over the past 3 years. Every time we were greeted with a smile, and the staff was always friendly. We worked with Andrea and she was in sales. She kept in touch with emails and a call periodically over the years. She has such patience and I felt so appreciative of that. None of the other Volvo locations ever did this in the Charlotte area where I reside. I went to Paramount Saturday to look again and Andrea now has a different position so she had Fox talk to me. He was just as excited to help as I was at looking again. I left this time with a new Volvo xc60. They have made follow up calls to see how it's going. Very caring staff. More

Bought a Taos last Saturday, and emailed back and forth with Mateo for a few days, and he's been awesome to say the least! He stepped up to the plate, and took care of business! I was blown away by his cus with Mateo for a few days, and he's been awesome to say the least! He stepped up to the plate, and took care of business! I was blown away by his customer service, and I put max pressure on him, and instead of cracking, he shined like a diamond! I would absolutely recomend him to anyone! Thank you very much for all your help! Mateo is an asset to the company for sure! Wanted to thank Tori, Brook, Mateo, Andrea, Details Dept, The Management Team, and everyone in between for taking care of business! Bough a VW Taos 2024 on Saturday, and all of these people: * mainly Mateo * stepped up to the plate! I don't get impressed easily, but I was blowned away with forward thinking team (and team work) that had every single thing planned out, and executed to the level that would be hard to match! This is my 2nd Taos, and I will be back again to buy more in the future. I live 114 miles away in a different state, and I will drive that far to come here, and purchase a vehicle! That will tell you all you need to know. Once again Thank You so much for everything! :-) More
