I bought a 2022 gladiator and with in the fist 2 weeks the engine starting making s loud tapping noise. That was not the dealership issue but when dropped off for repairs my jeep sat there for over a month most of the time sitting in the parking lot with my engine open to the weather. After over a month to change the timing chain they trimmed it wrong and had to start over. Two weeks later it finally ready and the original noise I brought it in for was unchanged or truthfully worse than when it was dropped off. They treated it like it was a pet project that didn't matter and in the end didnt even fix it. I told them what the problem was when dropped off but they assured me it wasn't what I thought it was. I told them rocker arm tapping. Had it diagnosed by a shop I trust today took them less then 10 minutes to find rocker arm cylinder 2 is most likely bad. This dealer ship has great service advisors but I highly do not recommend taking your vehicle to them to be repaired.

Horrible experience! Made a noon appointment to drive from Mountain City TN to their Salisbury location, 120 miles, to test drive a Ram 1500 they had on their website. When I got there they told me the vehicle was being reconditioned at a facility 100 miles away! I drove 120 miles!!! They first said they could have it there by mid afternoon. So I decided to wait. By mid afternoon they decided they wouldn’t be able to get it there! Mind-boggling! I did wind up buying the truck. They kept if for a couple of days for detailing. But when they finally delivered it to my house NO detailing had been performed! They delivered it with NO dealer tag! They gave me a thumb drive that was supposed to have all my documentation on it, but it was empty! They DIRECTED me to illegally drive the truck with the plate registered to my other vehicle! Still trying to work through their mess!!

They have taken care of me for years and I was in Vegas for work and they picked my old Fiesta and did thousands of dollars of work on my older car, while I was gone and parked it back at home before I got back and that was one of my vehicles!! My 20 ST always goes there for any type of work I need because Ashley will go out of her way to please the consumer!!! Very nice lady and treats you with respect and consults with you to inform you of anything that needs attention or repair!!!

Called on September the 5th 2025 (called on three different occasions even left a voicemail on one of them) they didn't return my call had some questions about my vehicle about safety of driving to the facility for a faulty transmission. As of now I'm still waiting on them to call. This is not the first instance I've ran into with this facility. They have the stigma I believe that once the vehicle is off the light the customer is no longer valid. It's really sad that a Dodge dealership in this day and time would not even return a voicemail I did leave the phone number. But as of yet I have not heard anything from them I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere yet this is the closest place to my home again I may have a faulty transmission and it may be safe to drive I'm not sure I was wanting to talk to a technician about the issue I would even give him $20 if they would just call me but it is later on on a Friday afternoon so I guess they stop off early once again it's really sad I do not recommend.. !!!

We bought a truck with a 30 day warranty. The transmission has now went out and since we have drove more than 1000 miles we are SOL. The dealership said there was nothing that they could do about it. You should not sale vehicles with bad transmissions and then do nothing about it to help your customers. Very disappointed.

Service department takes advantage of out of town workers. Truck towed to dealership while out of town working. Supposedly did diagnostic( charge 209 just for them to generate a report the day I called -6/12/25, Truck towed in three weeks prior. Quoted 18000 for a motor, diagnostic report stated 22000 for a motor. Had towed back to home of record and local dealership fixed with 700 dollar radiator. Caught service manager in numerous lies. Be aware if you take your car to their service department. They will lie, over charge, and lie to cover themselves. Sad a dealership in a military town takes advantage of our soldiers and veterans like myself. Will never return to dealership, and will buy another Dodge.

On July 7th at 9:00 a.m. after a very busy July 4th weekend, the service desk at this dealership greeted me like I was their only customer in the midst of a very busy morning with people everywhere and rollbacks showing up with vehicles on them. I have a black Durango RT which overheated and was dropped off to their lot unbeknownst to them and they treated me like they had known me their whole life. They have no idea who I am or who my family is and how many vehicles we have but they treated us with the utmost respect and it is very hard to find especially this time of year on a busy beach. If you ever have any problems with your vehicles, bring it here. And if you are looking to buy a car or truck don't bother shopping out of town. Stop right here at kdh Dodge!

Wagoneers are dented on rear hatch 2023/2024! MFG DEFECT! Beware!! Do not buy! Jeep not standing behind defect. Expect customers to accept defective product! $80k for defective dents! Legal is involved. Jeep needs to issue national recall per 4 different dealers! Owners/Jeep rep make fun of buyer in back office! Have recording! Have not once reached out to customer to try and fix issue! They will not stand behind product! MFG OR OWNER! RUN!!!

Gave me a great price on the vehicle I wanted and a great price on my trade in. I am very pleased with everything. The dealership is an older one, but it's the people and the way one is treated that matters. Highly recommend !!! Best deal ever ! Smooth as silk transaction ! I would buy from again in a heartbeat!
