Flow Chevy of Winston Salem Written a few reviews of my recent purchase experience! No response from the dealership even though they answer the review with call us, which I did and left a VM! They advertise an everyone gets it price! You go in and there’s a tacked on package for additional $5K! For what and they can not tell you Infact they can not tell if anything was done! Basically for a clear film on the front of the car and a imaginary protection package, They tell you your trade $5K less in trade than it’s worth and then still it out on their lot for $8K more and they only washed it, they just lie! Do not waste your time It’s old school bait and switch in a modern transparency day! Stay clear plenty of other Chevy dealers out there Modern, Van Nort, Randy Marion All of these have been better than this experience Mike Claremont NC

Don’t ever buy anything from this place because I bought a car July of last year. The car didn’t run well the same day I got it called back got the runaround and no one ever fixed the problem now I have a blown motor then up there still trying to talk to them about the car still getting a runaround now I’m stuck with time no running car then I’m still making payment sound. I was told that the general manager was out and he told me before he went out that he was gonna have someone to take care of the issue and the issue is still not been taken care of and this been since February 14 so now this place doesn’t even deserve a one and deserves a -0

Typical Salesman Promises & Lies!! This dealership is like most they tell you one thing and do another!! They were suppose to fix a small scratch in paint. We called 3 times & a different excuse everytime. Promised to call back, never called one time!! The manager Pete spoke to us about how he was going to turn that dealership around through honesty & integrity!! He has a long road ahead to find honesty or Integrity. We would not recommend Elevation Chevrolet in any way!!

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

I recently visited Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro to address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service department representative named Mark. While he appeared knowledgeable, his demeanor left much to be desired. He expressed uncertainty about their ability to rectify the issue with my exhaust, stating there were no guarantees, and quoted a fee of $100 just to attempt a fix. Frankly, I found this approach off-putting and unacceptable. Deciding to seek service elsewhere, I turned to Clinard Muffler in Thomasville. Here, I encountered a markedly different experience. The staff at Clinard Muffler were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They promptly identified and resolved the issue with my vehicle within minutes, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Flow Buick GMC. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Flow Buick GMC. While they may have the resources, their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback. For fair and honest service, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options in the area. Avoid Flow Buick GMC and opt for establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. Your vehicle—and your wallet—will thank you.

Where do we begin?! We came to Flow of Fayetteville after Flow VW of Winston sent us to Flow GMC of Greensboro. When Greensboro realized we were shopping for a specific Acadia they sent us to Fayetteville, because it was available. Marty, Kenny,Josh, Jerry and Wade went above and beyond to make this crazy transaction work (turning in another brands lease to buy the Acadia). Flow has yet again earned our business and we will be back and we will make referrals. Thank you all! We love our 2022 Acadia!

There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and shady dealership to work with. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will lose your paperwork multiple times to avoid paying you money owed and then attempt to defraud you out of more money by claiming you were the reason paperwork isn’t submitted properly. They like to play charge back games and screw the customers all the while laughing in your face over the phone.

Excellent service, friendly and fast!! Boy has my view changed! Be very wary of purchasing a used car here! I purchased a 2018 GmC Canyon October 29 2024. They were all so great! Got a full 90 day warranty on all components including AC. After 10 days heater would not work. So I am thinking I have the warranty so I take it in. $2700 dollar repair that the “full warranty” refuses to cover. Fast toward to 3-4 days after the warranty runs out, truck won’t start. Turns out the AC compressor, evaporator, and condenser are bad, oh and also the starter! $3800 in repairs! Truck only has 59000 miles. DON’T BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE! Their warranty is not a true full warranty.

Skip this dealership and go elsewhere in Asheville/Morganton/Rutherfordton/Burnsville areas. As an out of state customer, I was interested in a cash $75k+ purchase because the truck I wanted was in their inventory. The salesman was irritated that I had not read an email he sent with the final numbers on the evening that he emailed them to me. I told him that I reviewed them the next morning and had a couple of questions. I asked Mr. McNeely two questions about the accessories on the truck and whether the delivery fee could be waived. He immediately said, "you are just making this too hard and we either get this done today or we're going to have to move on." This was literally within three days of my first contact with the Sales Manager and my second conversation with McNeely. I was, and continue to be, dumbfounded. Business must be great for this dealership to treat a new customer this way that would have probably closed on the deal the next day and picked it up in the next few days (since they wouldn't waive the delivery fee). I live 200 miles away and work full time and have a family...not an unreasonable request. After thinking through it, my guess is another customer drove onto the lot and wanted the vehicle. Proves these folks (Sales and Management) have no integrity and are simply lazy. Please go elsewhere. Who knows what these people with no character will do to the next unsuspecting customer....just honest feedback folks!

We bought my pre-owned vehicle from Doug Henry in Goldsboro and everyone that we dealt with was very kind and helpful and no one that we dealt with in the sales department was pushy or over bearing, you had the feeling they honestly just wanted to help you and not just sell you a car. Everyone worked to make sure our needs were met and were eager and ready to answer any questions we had. We also got to meet with the service department and were met with the same friendliness that we experienced in the sales department. We plan on buying our next vehicle from Doug Henry as well as bringing our car in any time we are need of vehicle service or repair.

Although I am happy with my car, I cannot say I am really satisfied with this Dealer. My salesman was not very knowledgeable. When I was told a Ford Expedition drives at 27 miles to the gallon, I knew right away that he had no idea about the vehicle. I found it very frustrating that I could not get a real Yes or No answer to any of my questions. The vehicle I bought was used and I was only given 1 key and 1 key fob. I was told they would call the original owner to try to get the key. As I figured that was unsuccessful. I was told by my salesman to just go to Homedepot or Lowes and get a key. I did this to find out that it cannot be programmed. I told the salesman this after it was unsuccessful and he basically told me to try again. I decided not to deal with the salesman can call the manager. It took 2 days to get a return call. All I wanted to know is if I could come in and get a working key. Again I could not get a Yes or No answer. I tried calling the manger back and left another voicemail. It is now day 4 and still no return call. On top of all this the key fob they gave me did not work. I replaced the battery and that fixed the problem. My guess is that they knew this before giving it to me. Something as simple as a key has made me decide not to recommend this dealership. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I will not be coming back to buy another vehicle again. If they would have just said, go buy your own key as we only give what we have, that would have been fine. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I do not believe there is any excuse for someone to not return a call. To me, that is just poor customer service.

Update: 10th Feb: Towed my truck from Medlin to Deacon Jones. Deacon Jones took my truck in without any problem. They also provided me a brand new SUV as a loaner. I won't make any purchase or use Medlin's service in the future. I won't recommend Medlin to anyone I know. Purchase experience was really pleasant, but service department , especially the manager James Stroud, is not helpful and does not seem to care about customers' needs, only does the minimum, does not follow what are required to be done by dealership under courtesy warranty. The most unpleasant part is he gave me "education", start saying: I am educating you... No, James, you should provide service not education.There is an old lady Stephanie Ferrell working at service department, she did not care about helping solve my issue, all I could hear from her was: this is on GM, not Medlin, if I do that, then Medlin won't get reimbursement in a very aggressive way. Took my brand new 2024 GMC sierra 1500 which is purchased from Medlin 6 months ago and only has 5300 miles in on 5th Feb, I was told it needed valve body replacement , this part is on national back order, they do not know when the part will arrive. Medlin said they did not have any loaner available so they sent me to Hertz to get a rental car which is a Malibu. On 8th Feb, I noticed the rental car's AC could not blow out any cold air, I opened up all the windows it was still super hot. This is unacceptable for me to put my 9 years old daughter into that car. So I contacted Medlin service department, I was told to work with Hertz directly. I contacted Hertz, they said they do not have any other vehicles available. So I contacted Medlin service department again see if they could provide me a proper vehicle I can use while my truck is out of service. The manager James Stroud was not willing to help by saying providing a comparable vehicle is not warranty required ,that would also cost $50 more per day, which GM wound not reimburse them. He also "educated" me that I could go to any dealership in the country and it did not to be Medlin, also he did not mind working on my truck at the same time like he is doing me favor. When I returned the rental car back to Medlin on 10th Feb, James Stroud told me he did what he could but just not what I asked. I attached the Service Bulletin -GM Courtesy Transportation and Roadside Assistance Program which my truck is under covered for reference, I do not think I received the required services. And Medlin, service department manager James Stroud seems does not care at all.

I'd called about an hour bfore I went there and Brandon had it parked iut in front for me when I arrived. We went for a short test drive and began the "negotiation" process. I think we both knew I wanted it, the price we agreed on was very (all thinghs considered) reassonable and we concluded the deal that day and I drove it home that afternoon. Everyone involved from the dealership was cooperative, knowledgable, courteous and the entoire process was, in a word, great.
