Another Randy Marion dealership that let me down. I asked for a OTD price on a Used Challenger. They gave me a $5,431.50 of ad Ons for my troubles. How can they stay in business when they charge Resistall $880, 3m Protection Package $1,899, Dealer added Graphics $1,110, All Weather Floor Mats $195 (car comes with carpet ones), Document fee $249.50, Admin Fee $899 and Electronic Filing fee $199???? I walked away again. And this is on a USED CAR, NOT NEW CAR.

Dropped car off for sunroof. Warranty covered sunroof. Picked up car and noticed the middle cover piece was the cover from the old sunroof and had fell off. Took car back to dealership last Tuesday 10/15 and was told piece would be in Thursday 10/17. It is now 10/24 and I still have not got my car repaired and it is still at the dealership. I have always took my vehicle there and had no issues so not sure what has changed.
