Purchased a vehicle in January and purchased two products after meeting with the Finance Manager. Traded vehicle and cancelled both products in August. Have just now received a refund check after much hassle and poor customer service from management. The issue now is that the refund is substantially less than what it should be. At this point, my one email address for Finance management has been blocked. If you go to the staff page on the website, there are no company emails listed for any staff member and if you call, the staff member you ask to speak with is never available. I currently drive a vehicle that I purchased at another Flow dealership in a nearby town and I purchased four vehicles through the years from a Flow dealership in Raleigh. Is this the way you reward customer loyalty? I would advise any one interested in purchasing an Audi to go elsewhere where you will be better appreciated.
