I had a great experience with this dealership. They were super accomodating. Called about a vehicle I saw online and was assisted by Jessica. She kept an open line of communication with me and promptly answered any question I had and met all of my needs during the process. The finance manager, Gabe, was just as helpful. Even needed some paperwork after I received the vehicle and he sent me everything I needed within a day. I am very grateful for my experience with buying my vehicle through this dealership. I love this business. I was client when it was Maple City Dodge and I am a client now that it is Park Maple City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The Sales team is great. There's no pressure, just plain talk, running numbers, seeing what we could do. It was so easy. For the last purchase, my salesperson, Larry, sat me down and had all the paperwork ready to go and it was so painless. And I really like the Service department. Nate has been there for as long as I've been going there and I know he does right by me. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else or having my car serviced anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle.
