My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine" I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM was unable to correct the problem. I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem. After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced. I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me. I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.

I came into the dealership to service my 2012 car and ending up leaving with a 2017. The managers in both the sales and the service managers are supper nice and professional. Although the service department is very good the wait times are long on the weekends but the service is worth the wait. The salesmen was very nice and made sure he provided a vehicle that fit my current needs.

On April 27, 2017, I brought my daughter's Nissan Rogue in for service. Maria Esposito was my service consultant. Friendly, professional and efficient. She advised me of some of the other service needs I might be interested in having performed on the car, but she wasn't pushy about it. I got to the shop nice and early, and was in and out in record time, allowing me to get to work right on time. A great experience. Everyone there, from Maria right on to everyone else there is top shelf. It's why I keep buying and leasing from Gregoris. Highly Recommended.

Exceptional Service During a Vacation Breakdown! I recently had a breakdown during a family vacation and had the pleasure of dealing with the Huttig Nissan dealership in Plattsburgh. From the moment I called, the service I received was exceptional, and it made a challenging situation much more manageable. Don, the service manager, was incredibly friendly and understanding. Despite being in the midst of a busy day, he assured me that they would do their best to fit me in for a diagnosis. That level of customer care and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Nick, the service advisor. Nick's professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness were truly commendable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and presented me with various options for a speedy repair. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process much smoother. I was told repair under warranty arrived and then informed it was not, unfortunately this is programming issue and can only be done by Nissan. Service manager was inconsiderate. This was not the first time I have had a bad experience there and only bring my vehicle there if my local shop cannot do the repair, as they manage to mess something up each time. Tried to call store manager without success, emailed him with no response. Do not do business here!!!

They don't sell you a car here, they help you buy one. Great sales people, explain everything to you and your the budget that you have to work with. Sales Manager checks the paperwork and doesn't hold you hostage for hours on end to approve or disapprove a sale. Best Service, that I've found in local dealerships. Tony and Steve, treat you with respect, and if your retired, they'll help you spread your service appointments, unless your vehicle needs immediate attention for safety. They do check for recalls and service bulletins to make your vehicle runs in top condition through all seasons. Parts staff and mechanics are customer friendly, as are the women in accounting and appointment scheduling. You don't have to drive to Orchard Park. Lockport ,Clarence or East Amherst to find better sales and service than these employees and managers .

Not equipped to fix a Nissan - carz10

I had a problem the AEB system in the 2018 Altima SR. I brought my car in 3 times, June 26, June 27 and July 10th. Each time they said the could not find anything wrong with AEB (auto emergency braking system). This issue was that the AEB warning light would come on even at a full stop, in my garage or just driving along and stay on. Had no way of knowing if the system was actually working.. Nemet service said they hooked it up to their computer but did not get back any error messages. Found that to be very strange. This malfunction was all over the internet but they could not find it!! When I drove out of service after picking up my car the warning came right on. This happened all 3 times I picked up my car. Finally after picking up my car on the 3rd visit and the warning light came on. I drove back to the Nemet left the car running so the service person can verify the light was on. Needless to say they could still could not find why this was happening. I decided to call Nissan Customer service. Will keep this part short. They told me to bring my car to Koeppel Nissan and meet up the a NIssan Service Tech. Showed the Tech some pictures and described what was happening. The tech said it will be fixed within 1 hour. Found out the reason Nemet service could not find the issue was because Nemet service no longer had access to the Nissan computer so they could bot get the the service bulletin codes C1A16 AND NTB19-033. What this tells me is that Nemet lied and tried to pass off the issue knowing full well that they could not fix the car. In the end Keoppel service fixed the car within an hour and since July 30th the AEB works perfect. Nemet Nissan is now closed as an official Nissan dealer and is no longer listed on the Nissan USA website as a dealer.

worst dealer that I have worked with. I went to their place to fix the shaking problem of my car, they told me that they can fix it by replacing something. I paid for it. Then, they told me that they did a test drive, the shaking problem is still there, so they want to do a tire balancing. I did that too. Finally, I take the car home, when I drive the car, it is still shaking. I did not feel any improvement. Then, I called them, they just want to charge me more for the problem. I cannot believe it. I strongly recommend people not to go to their place to fix any problem of your car. It is a waste of time and money.
