Bought a certified pre-owned car for 25 thousand. Car has multiple issues. They refuse to make repaires. service manager intimadated me into staying away, and not taking problems to owner. He said "Don't eaven think about coming out here" My car is unsafe to drive, and getting worse. I guess I should draw up a will, for when I get killed.

DON"T buy into a dealership warranty at M&M. I took my car that was bought there new several times to be fixed and they were unable to resolve the issues. They were also unable to provide me a loaner car while they worked on my car even though a loaner car was part of the dealership warranty. They charged me multiple deductibles for the same issues that they were unable to fix during the prior visits. If you are the person that likes over priced cars that don't work properly and useless warranties than this is your car dealership.

I brought my new Ranger in to have a Ford tonneau cover installed. The technician had muddy shoes on, left muddy footprints all over the bed and scratched the paint. They charged me $95.00 for a 10 minute job and brought my truck out. The salesman sends a text asking me about my experience. I tell him what happened and also tell him the tonneau cover leaks as it doesn't fit and there are missing pieces (rubber for the front by the cab) . I wanted a full refund, all of a sudden l have an attitude and the salesman has lost respect for me. This is a brand new truck and was damaged by an incompetent technician, the service manager allowed it to happen and the owner of the dealership still hasn't made good 3 weeks later.

Friendly as friendly can be. Extremely accommodating. The great thing about being in a small community is they treat everyone fairly! The treat everyone like a neighbor - maybe it is because it is a small community, but they just do.
Service Department incompetent and a rip off - like2baspen
Took my ford ranger to get repaired. It was running rough. They replaced a coil stating it was bad. This did not repair the problem at all and cost me almost $300.00. I took the truck to a local garage and they changed the spark plugs very inexpensively about $65.00 and that repaired the problem. Went back to Phills Ford and was told they did not mis diagnose the problem. I just didnt spend enough money on the repair and they would not do anything else. The owner said if I purchased a car from him in the near future he would throw in a few oil changes. DON,T GET SERVICE THERE.

This shop does by far the best quality work. They're honest, highly skilled, and the best in the business. If you want something done the right way, whether it be mechanical work or body work, then this is the place for you. They are experts with high end makes and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
