I was very disappointed at the lack of Kia parts available to fix my warranteed wheel sensor issue as it took over 2 weeks to get the parts. After a little over a week they offered me a loaner car which I accepted. The total time my car was at the dealership was a month. I was concerned about the length of time it took but I had the loaner car for several weeks at no cost to me

Exemplary. I am so glad that Kurt Hinrichs was assigned to my inquiry after I cold called BMW of Mamaroneck about a repair project. Kurt was and did everything right: friendliness, professionalism, communication, knowledge, access, scheduling, logistics, thoroughness and follow-through. He was always proactive, and he under-promised and over-delivered, delivering below the schedule and budget he quoted me. And the result was perfect, among the best bodywork I happen to have seen. Without me requesting it, Kurt specified that full scans of my car be done at the dealership before and after the repair. In every way, I am impressed. Made a service appointment and told me it was "a simple job you'll be out in an hour.". This was important because I had a business meeting at 4 pm in Manhattan and needed to get home, showered, dressed, etc...Got there and was told " there is no way we can have it done." Asked to speak to the woman (I gave her name) who confirmed twice that I would be done in an hour but was conveniently told she was "not in today". Asked to speak to a manager to complain. They took my number and said he would call me. He never did. I called back at the end of the day and asked for his email. Clean place, polte people but they couldn't deliver what they promised. Rescheduled my service at another dealership. Sad.

On Thursday, 4/15, I had an appt at Kia for 4 new tires. Melissa Miller, Service Advisor, took care of me. Melissa was awesome. She was friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop re the status of my vehicle while I was waiting in the customer sitting area. The service department was very busy when I was there and Melissa kept a cool, professional and great attitude while handling her busy day. While waiting, Melissa informed me that I needed a back up bulb which was taken care of. She also went over the Multi-Point Inspection of my car and advised that other than the bulb, everything looked good. She discussed that my brakes were good although I did mentioned that I use to be a heavy breaker. So Melissa filled me in about how to properly brake upon approaching a stop sign or red light. I have to admit that Melissa is one of the most knowledgeable Service Advisors that I have come in contact with during the many years that I have been coming to Kia for service of my car. She displays such a caring and professional attitude, qualities that I do not see in many service advisors. I also witnessed how she treated 3 other customers who were also waiting in the customer sitting area. One gentleman mentioned to me how considerate Melissa was to him. I look forward to seeing her upon my next service date which will probably be for my Kia's oil change. I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
