Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. When it comes time for my next Ram I will be back to purchase from a dealer who understands service. Thank you Again Jim

I bought my 2022 Jeep Renegade from this Dealership - a very pleasant non pressured experience. A month or so before my 5000 mile service was due - I received a courtesy reminder. I called the service department with some questions and spoke to Meghan. I have spoken to Meghan a couple of times with an extent of questions. Both times she takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions - she never comes across as if I am taking up her time- never rushing me off the phone. She gives excellent communication, very precise in explanations, giving me clear expectations and understanding. I am very comfortable speaking with her and having my service completed by this dealership. They took my car on time - not a long wait to have it done at all. She showed me where the waiting room was - offered me soft drinks and snacks while I waited. A very clean facility and very clean and comfortable waiting room. It just underscores the fact that I picked the right dealership. Everyone I have dealt with so far from sales to finance to service have been nothing less then courteous and professional. I was updated throughout the entire appointment. During my wait, I was able to get some work completed on my laptop in their beautiful customer lounge. The whole experience was fantastic. I broke down while passing through town. Lia was closest. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I've ever had with a Jeep dealership. Freddy Estrada was my first contact. He could have made this a very different experience for me knowing his techs had a packed schedule. Instead, he listened intently, asked clarifying questions, and then brought my case to his boss. Dmitri then fixed my Jeep himself without hesitation and I was back on the road within a few hours. I also noticed something else while there: these folks genuinely care about one another like family, and care about the quality of their work in the same way. Everything done to my Jeep was clearly explained to me with patience and a sincere desire to share knowledge to be helpful rather than condescending annoyance. If you are ever in the greater Albany, NY area and even just have a question about your vehicle, give Freddy Estrada a call first to save yourself time by getting the right assessment the first time.

I have been going to this dealership for 40 years!! Excellent sales and service personnel. I only have one comment that is to be considered. Since the new owners have taken over, I don't feel the family connection I once did when I came for auto service when it was Maple City Dodge. Everyone is serious and not very customer focused. It is important for everyone to consider the customer. A smile is always helpful. A nice "how can I help you" would be appreciated too. Thank you for taking this into consideration. Also when I had recall work done on my 2023 Jeep Renegade in September 2024, there was damage done to both side panels of my vehicle when this work was done. I did not notice it initially and the service worker had to know he damaged the panels, but nothing was said to me. I reported this to Nate Barr as soon as I noticed and he was great and the panels were ordered right away, but it is February and I am still waiting for the panels to be replaced.

I came here today to get service for my car. I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. But this time was very different. Two service advisors, Larry Biehl and Tim Biehl, changed my mind. They gave me the best service and made me feel comfortable. Now, I trust this place again. I can buy a car and get service at Smith Haven Jeep without worry. I am very, very thankful to both of them!
