I am the original owner of a pristine 1995 S320. Although this amazing automobile only has 30,000 miles the lack of use has required me to address some service issues like oil leaks, suspension noises and other issues. I hadn't visited with Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge in quite some time so I didn't have any contacts in the service dept. However, when I called to set up a service app't I was fortunate to reach Bill Thompson the Service Advisor who along with the experienced mechanic Dean assured me that they could resolve all the issues. They provided me a loner and I so my prized 1995 S320 was in their capable hands. These people were simply outstanding in every way. The bottom line is when I drove home with my freshly serviced S320 I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle and for that, I have to thank Bill, Dean and Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge. My next vehicle purchase (wife's car) will be with them. They have earned our business! Thank you guys!

This review is for your service department. Ryan O'Flaherty is a superb service agent. I recently got my 2016 golfsportswagon waterpump replaced and he called my extended warranty provider and explained everything that was being done to the car and how it was covered. This may seem silly but after going to mid hudson volkswagen and having the service person refuse to call and xx me about what my problem was I am glad I drove 40 min out of my way to Compass. Thank you again Ryan and I be back for my oil change.

I bought my 2022 Jeep Renegade from this Dealership - a very pleasant non pressured experience. A month or so before my 5000 mile service was due - I received a courtesy reminder. I called the service department with some questions and spoke to Meghan. I have spoken to Meghan a couple of times with an extent of questions. Both times she takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions - she never comes across as if I am taking up her time- never rushing me off the phone. She gives excellent communication, very precise in explanations, giving me clear expectations and understanding. I am very comfortable speaking with her and having my service completed by this dealership. They took my car on time - not a long wait to have it done at all. She showed me where the waiting room was - offered me soft drinks and snacks while I waited. A very clean facility and very clean and comfortable waiting room. It just underscores the fact that I picked the right dealership. Everyone I have dealt with so far from sales to finance to service have been nothing less then courteous and professional. First I want to say that this is a retraction from a previous review that I removed after the Dealerships immediate response. I originally brought my Prius to Riverhead Toyota with a 12 volt battery problem that in all fairness was installed by another out of state dealership. After speaking with the Service Department Manager Mike Hamill about my issue, Mike decided to give me a new replacement battery even though he knew he would not be reimbursed by Toyota Corporate. That's right THEY ATE THE COST !!!How often do you hear of that happening ??? This gesture on Mike's part immediately changed my bad feeling about the dealership that I had grown to love before this issue. They once again have a very satisfied customer that will be returning for service ,parts and a new Prius in the future. After all don't we all just want to be appreciated and treated fairly as loyal customers ??? Mike made it right and I appreciate his efforts. Thank you Mike for being a gentleman and appreciating your customers. Not EVERYONE does.

I love my 2018 CX-9 (leased from Ramsay) but I haveI had repeated, mysterious electrical failures, some resulting in stranding the car. Route 9 Mazda has been indispensable and such a pleasure to deal with. Joe McKeon is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.Jamie Macchia is helpful, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Right now, given the issues with my car I am hesitant to buy another new Mazda, but if I do it will almost entirely because I am so impressed by this dealership.

First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town. Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there. So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom!
