Route 9 Mazda has been indispensable and such a pleasure to deal with. Joe McKeon is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.Jamie Macchia is helpful, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Right now, given the issues with my car I am hesitant to buy another new Mazda, but if I do it will almost entirely because I am so impressed by this dealership. More
Jamie went above and beyond I recently brought my Mazda in for a recall. I usually do all my mechanical work myself, but a recall leaves my hands tied. I was also due for an oil I recently brought my Mazda in for a recall. I usually do all my mechanical work myself, but a recall leaves my hands tied. I was also due for an oil change and tire rotation so I figured I would just get it done there. There was also a rust spot that was starting to form on the wheel well. Jamie went above and beyond to show me that the dealer who sold it to me covered up body work that did not appear on the carfax. Jamie was very transparent and clearly knew what she was talking about. I will now go there for maintenance on my Mazda from now on. By far the best service writer I have ever dealt with. More

After talking to the parts guy and i said i just wanted to buy the caliper and didnt want to deal with another dealer !! He made some phone calls and called me back in the ten minutes he said he would!! Not only located the calipers and talked to mazda and set up the recall service ! I brought it in the next day and was fixed !! This was after two years of dealing with the parking brake failing in a standad is fustrating !! this the third mazda i owned and honestly love them! Rt9 mazdas parts guy jason is a great employee going above and beyond customer service ! More

Chris McGovern went out of his way to help me. I bought my Mazda 3 at Poughkeepsie Mazda in 2014. I bought an extended warranty but didn't know at the time that I wasn't given the warranty agree I bought my Mazda 3 at Poughkeepsie Mazda in 2014. I bought an extended warranty but didn't know at the time that I wasn't given the warranty agreement. I assumed it was through them. Three years later I had some issues to address and was told, by Poughkeepsie Mazda, my warranty was through a third party but they weren't sure whom. I let it go. A couple of months later I went back to Mazda now owned by Route 9 Mazda to replace a key. I asked about the warranty again, but this time I was taken to the Chris in finance. He not only got me the name of the warranty company but called them up and asked them to email me a copy, He went out of his way to help me out and was friendly and approachable. I plan on doing business again with them in the future and would gladly recommend them. More
