It was what I expected. Nice to have a clean, sunny waiting area while I waited for my service. It was good to know I could have a ride on their shuttle if I had to wait too long. I appreciated the text confirming my appointment.

I have avoided this dealership for about 2 or 3 years now, because of my horrible experiences with their former service department. I had an emergency recently and had no choice but to stop there. I met Darlene, the manager, and not only did she take me in without an appointment she calmed my nerves and turned me around to this dealership again. I've already been back just for an oil change and regular maintenance. If you are like me and thought you would never come here again, give it a try! All new staff and they couldn't have taken better care of me. Ps- We are going to give their sales dept a try when my husband's lease is up in June. Hopefully they can live up to the such standards set by the service department!

I am totally impressed with my first service visit at Ide VW East Rochester!! From my initial call to set up my appointment with Ty Shelton to my reception upon arrival. They got my car right in and estimated 1 1/2 hours for repairs which only took 1 hour. The customer waiting area was top notch (TV, Snacks, Private Office if needed to work during your visit, coffee, water). It was a perfect experience!!

Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. When it comes time for my next Ram I will be back to purchase from a dealer who understands service. Thank you Again Jim
