I found the perfect vehicle. Working with these people and this Dealership reminded me of how it use to be, their entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were straightforward in their dealings and I received exactly what I was promised. Upon delivery the vehicle was nicely cleaned and detailed, with Noah going over the operation of the vehicle I was on my way in a short amount of time. It was truly fantastic dealing with this dealer who wasn’t just another supermarket type dealer that most are now a days. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle. They will definitely see me back when my other vehicle needs updating.

I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Sawyer in 2016 and had a pleasant experience at that time; hence, when I was considering a new car it made sense to return to this dealership. Although the salesperson who sold me my initial Jeep retired, Paul Roeber, promptly replied to my online inquiry. When we met Paul listened closely to what I wanted in a Jeep as well as what I was comfortable spending and guided me through the various Jeep Wrangler options. Paul presented me with Jeep rebates and a dealership discount, which allowed me to purchase a model I thought was out of my reach. Paul never pressured me to purchase a vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was another great experience!

DO NOT BUYOUT A LEASE AT FERRARIO! NEARLY $1000 IN ADDED FEES. My lease term ended and given the very poor selection of new or used vehicles on the lot I decided to buy out the vehicle I had leased. I got the 10 day payoff from Ford Credit and called Ferrario to complete the transaction, as Ford Credit won’t just accept a check. You have to go to a dealership. When I reviewed the paperwork Ferrario had added $500 to my payout amount, added $295 for “used car check”, over $200 for registration (my vehicle is already registered and inspected) and then additional state fees as well as the document and title fees. I called and spoke to the sales manager to see if the fees are an error, but he told me that it was not an error. It is the owners policy to add these fees. That’s right, Mr. If-you-don’t-see-me-I-can‘t-save-you-any-money Don Ferrario, has a policy to pirate Ford lessees out of $900 and put it in his pocket. I called other dealerships and ultimately paid $930 dollars less to buyout my vehicle.

Car in shop 3 days, they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong , took engine apart and left it like that , had to have it towed because of incompetency and poor arrogant service , paid a fortune for nothing on top of it all. Later my mechanic fixed the car within half a day for less that the amount I paid them.

They gave us a fair amount on your trade with no hassle of going back and fourth. Buying a car from Longley is the way it should be. We will definitely buy from them again. Longley works on getting you a good deal and building positive relationship.

Jonathan puccia is an employee of fx Capara Alexandria bay and he met with Abigail duffy on 11/07/2021 around 1pm to sell her a pair of rims with snow tires that he promised that would fit her 2020 Honda civic sport that she bought there from fx Capara. He insisted they will fit and will work for her car as he works there at fx caprara as quality control he said. Well abigail takes it to a shop to have them installed and it turns out the rims that Jonathan had sold her were in fact not for her car. They were 5x120 instead of 5x114.5. Upon contacting John and showing him his messages where he told us that they were 5x114. 5 and he promised they fit he refused to refund her purchase and told her to pound sand and then blocked the number from being able to reach him again. I have transcripts and pictures of all the conversations I just want you to be aware of someone using the name of Fx Capara to ensure that they are telling the truth and act like they know what they are talking about. When in fact he doesn't know what he is talking about and supposedly in charge of quality control there at fx caprara Alex Bay. He scammed her and refuses to refund his dishonest transaction Buyers beware that this goes to show the character of the people employed at fx caprara Alexandria bay. Beware of scams

I cannot say enough fabulous things about the team at Victor Chrysler! The dealership is absolutely gorgeous. I recently had a service appointment, the service writer went above and beyond for me. I was updated throughout the entire appointment. During my wait, I was able to get some work completed on my laptop in their beautiful customer lounge. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this group.

Super friendly staff to your face but total idiots would not recommend anybody try to deal with them. Walked out after 3 hours when they offered me 3k less than blue book on my car with less than 33k on it then they ran my credit for over 40k after I walked total xxxxxxx

Was treated with the utmost courtesy, salesmen was Mike Count and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles features . I was trading in my 2013 Jeep Compass and was given a very good trade in price. The financing was very quickly gotten for new vehicle and my payment actually are less and my vehicle has more features than the 2013 did . The nice thing about Royal is that if my vehicle needs any servicing they will supply me with a loaner car while they work on mine, this is a big plus!! Everyone there was friendly and very helpful!!

2010 power wagon, cost 50000. 36000 miles axle joints, covered. 40000 miles steering box out of warranty not covered. 1000 dollar repair. 55000 miles power steering pump failure, not covered by power train warranty. 900 dollar repair, I'll do it for 550. Dealer part not working correctly. Notified dealer, told to wait a week it's air in the system. Finally get an appointment, dealer agrees to replace pump. Defective. After changing pump dealer notices plastic bits in steering box. These are bits from defective pump. Dealer says he isn't responsible since I changed pump myself and won't pay for box, but will pay for pump that caused problem. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. I like the dodge product but this dealer will not get my business ever again. Business link means nothing either.
