His professionalism, knowledge, respect, and care are exactly what customer service needs, and Stellantis should consider having him train other service advisors. I left there feeling like my cousin works at Garden City Jeep.🙂

Poor customer service. I called them and made an appointment for my car repair over the phone for June 19, 2026. I arrived on the scheduled date, and my name wasn't in their list. I there and then made another appointment for Monday, June 29, 2026. I arrived and my appointment wasn't in their list again. However, they accepted my car for repairs, after much discussion. The car was repaired and ready for pickup on July 1, 2026. They never contacted me, even though they claimed to have done so. But I didn't receive any communication from them either by a phone call, sms, or email. I went personally to the office on Friday, July 3, 2026, and met nobody and received no communication from anybody on the status of my car. I needed and rented a car from Enterprise between July 3 and 6, 2026. I was the one that called on Monday, July 6, 2026, and I was told my car was ready for pickup. I returned the car to Enterprise and picked up my car from the dealership. I lost my reimbursement from Flex Care because Flex Care insisted on a receipt from the dealers that covers Monday, June 29 to July 6, 2026. The dealers refused even after several calls from me and the Flex Care. They have a very poor customer service.

Lack of communication. Not being up front. Saying what you want to hear but not telling you the bottom line. I'm sure they work on commission, and if that's the case the dealer we worked with did not earn it. It was three others that finally made the sale. I was ready to walk twice, with him.

Megan S, service advisor, Richard T service mgr., and Tom, service tech. My 2017 JGC had an intermittent starting issue. Was advised to change the main battery and did along with the auxiliary battery. Wemt about 6 miles and the same issue, would not start. Finally got it started amd brought it back. A bunch of new codes came up. They got my car back in, about 1hr. later. They went through the check list and found a small yellow wire loose on my starter. Im so appreciative of them getting me in as I need to leave the next day to drive almost 1400 miles to get home. They were patient with me as I was frustrated yet respectful to them. They knew my urgency. I would like to thank them and recommend this group to anyone with needing repairs for their Chrysler built vehicles. Just as they were patient with me you need to be the same and they will take care of you. God Bless all!!

I was in the search of a 2025 Ram 2500. I was in contact with a salesperson named John who for some reason put me in contact with either a MGR or another salesman. I was shopping with other dealers on trading my 2021 Ram 1500 who I would send photos to get an idea on trade value.but this guy said you have to come in , so I did. and he offered 29k and I left. I’m home for several hours and he calls to say he is leaving for the day but now he will give me 32k. I ask about the Myflexcare service for 225 dollars on the window sticker and said I don’t want it and he seemed aggravated and said its on the sticker you have to pay it. Well I did some inquiries and found out it’s not required.and you can opt out of it . I went and bought a truck at another dealer.

Who needs to go to New Jersey. Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep on Staten Island saves the day. After leaving Nielsen Jeep in East Hanover NJ frustrated with how my agreed deal was handled, I called Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and spoke with Risul Mihad. I explained the exact lease deal that had been presented to me by Nielsen’s general manager Carmine D. and how their finance department later tried to change the amount due at signing. Risul listened, reviewed the numbers, and agreed that the situation did not sound right. He then brought in Bill, the sales manager. Together, Risul and Bill reviewed the same deal Nielsen had refused to complete. Island matched it. That was the difference. No last-minute surprises. No changing the deal in the finance office. No arguing over what had already been agreed to. They reviewed the numbers, said they could do it, and honored it. After spending hours at another dealership only to walk out, I ended up getting the original deal completed at Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. That says a lot about how a dealership chooses to do business. Thank you to Risul Mihad and Bill for being professional, straightforward, and for earning my business the right way. Left my Jeep flooded and refused to fix it. I have bought two vehicles from Croton Auto Park over the past decade, but my trust is completely broken. I left my Jeep Wrangler with their service department for two weeks for an approved paint repair. When I went to pick it up, I discovered they never even ordered the parts to do the work. Worse, they negligently left my vehicle cabin open or unsealed during a severe storm. The interior was flooded with 3 inches of standing water. While they used a shop vac to clear the puddles, the carpets, insulation, and floor electronics are still completely drenched. When I confronted management, they refused to take responsibility or properly dry out the interior to prevent mold and electrical damage, calling it an "Act of God." I have filed formal complaints with Stellantis the NY DMV. Avoid this dealership. They do not care about loyal customers or protecting your property.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

I want to give a special shoutout to the lady with the amazing hairstyle and her coworker at the reception, though I regretfully forgot their names. Despite arriving an hour late due to the heavy rain that Saturday morning(03/23), the staff remained absolutely professional and friendly. They offered me a delicious coffee in their Guest's Lounge and engaged me in a pleasant conversation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was initially concerned about being a last-minute customer, but my worries disappeared as the staff handled everything smoothly and stress-free. The facility itself is ultra clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I had a recall and oil change alerts and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary oil change as a new customer. This experience has restored my trust in the brand dealerships, and I will be returning for future services.
