Service was prompted and courteous while i relaxed in their spacious modern waiting area enjoying a nice hot cup of joe. Although the F&I manager increase the price which they states they had to, to cover the banks finance charges. In all reality it was to add the extended warranty. I was okay with the price as I too work for a car dealership.

Very nice. The new servicing location and operation is a vastly significant upgrade over the previous Empire location I visited last year. Possibly because they were transitioning for the move. The customer service staff was courteous and helpful with questions. If the part I needed had been available for installation on the day of my first appointment, I might have given five stars.

Had a great experience in the sales department getting my new transmission under warranty. Unfortunately my 60k mile 2021 Tucson needed a new transmission already, but with the 100,000 10 year power train warranty, Benny in the service department helped me tremendously with all the necessary paperwork. It was all done in just under 2 weeks.
