Started research online and was connected to Heather. She was responsive, kept communication going via text for 2 weeks but never rushed me. She was keen on working with my schedule, which kept changing. Finally the day came and my wife and I stopped by. We had selected the 2015 Santa Fe Hybrid listed online and just needed a test drive and more info on the car. She had the car ready for test and all info ready. From walking in to test drive to agreeing on a price went very smooth. We couldn't drive off with the car due to my insurance agent not being available to get that taken care of. I am Patricia R Freebern. I'm a Senior Citizen. I have been dealing with Hyundai Garvey Motors for over 20 years. On Thursday, 11am on March 13th, I came in for a service appointment on my 2013 Elantra. Upon checking out the car, they discovered under carriage rust and said it wasn't safe. I decided it was time for a new safer car. I met with Mark Goodwin and we discussed a variety of options for me to consider. He explained everything, answered all my questions and showed me a few models. He was very patient with an old lady. When I decided to lease a 2025 Elantra and Mark showed me all the important factors about the car and how to use them. I told him I had tickets for a show that night and I was the driver for my friends. He said he'd do his best to get me out by 3pm. He was a man of his word, I left Hyundai Motors with my new car at 2:45pm. My friends couldn't believe I was in and out so quickly. I've been back to give him the title for the 2013 and to set up Auto Pay. Mark has been wonderful and I lucked out having him.

I made a new car purchase via the internet based on the inventory they had posted. Lots of good interaction via email and by phone from several staff members in sales, finance and management. Was able to schedule pick-up within a week, and had a great experience at the dealership when finalizing the deal. Domonique was my first contact, she worked with me to negotiate pricing and coordinating pick-up. She also helped me get the bluetooth connections set up, and ensured I knew about the vehicle features so I could drive home 150 miles safely. She followed up within a week to see how things were going and offered for me to come in for help, given the steep learning curve. The vehicle is high tech! Luis was very patient as I reviewed the sales contract and debated about whether to finance or do a cash sale. Manny also helped along the way and a delivery. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very nice and eager to be helpful. Vehicle was prepped and ready to go upon my arrival.
