My 2nd review for Audi Albany, We have had only great customer service amongst the team in Latham NY. It’s great feeling to be able to send an email to service manager Craig on a question about my wife’s Audi S4 and and get a quick response with an answer & a resolution. I called two weeks ago while on vacation in Maine and scheduled my Audi S4 35k mile checkup with John the service writer and he was extremely customer friendly and made scheduling my appointment seamless. My wife had to take car in as I had an important meeting to attend, John said the service would take approximately 3hrs and could set us up with a loaner so my wife could get some stuff done around the Latham area. That’s Great Customer Service! In my past reviews the thing that really stands out with this Audi branch is COMMUNICATION through text or phone calls during any of my service appointments. Thanks Craig, John & the Mechanic that did the service.

Hello! Do not waste your time at this dealership! If I could give it a zero, I would!! Having purchased over 30 cars in the past 10 years, I must say this was by far the worst experience. I took the train to grand central and walked to pick up my 2024 Audi etron RS gt. The salesman told me it was prepped the day before and would be ready at noon. I arrived at 11:45 and nobody even stood up to greet me or ask if I needed help. (The dealership was empty and did not have customers!). Finally the salesman arrived around 12:05 to tell me the car was damaged!! Interesting, because he told me the night before it was prepped and ready to go! I asked to see the car and it was in the service department, damaged! Why wouldn’t the GM or finance manager call me before I made the trip in? Even if they called me 10 minutes before I arrived, I would have felt better. However, they just don’t care here! This was a 153k car!!! It was not prepped at all. I passed on the car but asked if they had any other options for me as this was a fourth car for me and really just a toy. The sales manager at the desk wouldn’t give me the time of day and totally brushed me off. After leaving I walked back to the train and headed home. I found out later he just got promoted! Clearly they made the wrong choice! This was something I was getting for my birthday! I ended up finding another dealer and taking delivery that night. The experience was amazing!!! I also found out one of my friends who is also a client, buys from this dealer and others in the group. He could not believe the story! (He will no longer be going back!) I believe the managers name was Levani! Really high power job sitting at the elevated desk! Not sure what he was doing though! I do know the day cost me time and money and was really disappointed! Thank you for your time. I hope this saves someone from having an awful experience like I did. Michael

Lease agreement - Audi customer

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

Only dealership that tried to charge a 25K markup over MSRP on a premium model. Went to two other places, charged a more reasonable 10K. Probably just an inexperienced sales kid, but beware. You can do better even just 20 min away.

Great experience buying Q5 and A4. Ramon Rojas gave us the best deal on both cars! He even stayed after the dealership closed to answer our questions. No regrets switching from Mercedes where were about to get a car.

Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!

I broke down six hours away from home pulled into storms seven am Manny Sslierno opened his door even though they were closed. Told they were booked for the day but said he would see what he could. A little while later came out told me they would look at it I was overjoyed I was totally stuck he figured out a way to get me in. His technician diagnosed the the problem immediately made needed repair very quickly and had me on my way. I can’t over emphasize how much I appreciate what Manny and his guys for me. I had such a negative experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Queens for NJ registration. They overcharged me for DMV fees. Before purchasing the vehicle, they stated that ANY overcharge for DMV fees will be REFUNDED to me. After receiving my DMV receipt, I noticed they overcharged me around $200! So the refund check arrives from Audi Queens and I was only refunded $29! I contacted the sales manager Justin Liu about the discrepancy to which he was unable to explain why the refund was only $29 at first. The second day he stated everyone is charged the same amount for out of state plate (never mentioned on contract or verbally communicated through the whole purchase process) and ended with “there’s nothing I can do for you.” He was also extremely rude and unprofessional. So if you purchased a car here, look at your contract and compare it with the DMV receipt. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. They have no business ethics.
