I brought my 2024 q5 to Audi Hawthorne for routine service, including oil change. Always have a good experience with AJ as my service person. John, the service tech sent me a video of a multi-point inspection of my car while I waited. Although it wasn’t too long of a wait, the lounge area was comfortable and bright with beverages and snacks.

Do yourself a favor and don't go to this scam dealership. I bought a car there in March 2026. It's car dealers like this that give car salesmen a bad name. It went fine at first and we negotiated a fair price. Then you have to go to the finance person who tries for over a half hour to sell you on an extended warranty on a brand new car that comes with a 4 year warranty. Then after she finally gives up she sets everything up on the computer and keeps turning the screen around for signatures while she says what it's for. Never mind that the new car I bought had 745 miles on it. I've been buying new cars for over 40 years and never got a car with more than 50 miles on it. when I looked at the paperwork a few days later I saw they charged me the sticker price which is not what we agreed to. When i finally reached my salesman he told me he was on vacation for 2 weeks and to contact the finance department. When I contacted them I was told they had to talk to the salesman so call back when he returned. When He returned he said the finance lady was on vacation so call when she got back. Then I was told I had to talk to the manager Adam who kept me waiting at the dealership for over an hour before telling me it was over a month since the deal went through and it was too late to do anything. Hee also said I had nothing in writing proving the price we agreed to. I told him the salesman knew we agreed on a price lower than the sticker price but didn't remember what it was. After going back and forth he said he would try and reach his bosses to try and get it fixed for me. He was supposed to get back to me by Monday and hasn't and hasn't returned my calls either. I will never go to this dealer again and I won't even buy another Audi since they allow dealers like this to keep selling their products then they must be okay with it too. I've never had a car dealer change the price on me before and this is pretty low. After seeing all the complaints on here it's a wonder they're still in business. Be on the look out for a 7 on your side report on them as people need to know who they're dealing with. If you must buy an Audi do yourself a favor and go to another dealer. Hopefully Audi will get tired of them ruining their image and pull their dealership from them.

As someone who is well versed working in the car business i can confirm Each time they exceeded my expectations. Nestor reminds me of myself , calm listens extremely well and works to solve a problem. This is paramount of any salesman as selling a car is literally by definition the same as solving a problem. The general sales manager George was super kind , extended courtesy and eloquent in conversation. The finance department was swift , informative and kind. Checks all the boxes! I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

I'm on the do not call list, yet I received a sales call from them today. I had sent an inquiry in asking for ONLY an email response or not to contact me at all. I wouldn't suggest doing business with a company that chose not to read and adhere to your wishes with your information.

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

After a long battle with engine lights, EPC, side curtain airbags, and all the sensors lighting up like New Year’s fireworks, it’s finally over! Huge thanks to Peter, the service manager, who carefully investigated why all these lights came on—like a runway at an airport—and discovered that the battery had been running in a default mode causing all these issues. Got my car back yesterday, just one day before the holidays. Fantastic service with smiles all around! 🚗

Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!

The car wasn’t charged, the tire pressure monitor flagged an issue (later found to be a nail), and an open recall was left unaddressed. My car ended up in service for days—these are things that should have been handled before delivery.

I broke down six hours away from home pulled into storms seven am Manny Sslierno opened his door even though they were closed. Told they were booked for the day but said he would see what he could. A little while later came out told me they would look at it I was overjoyed I was totally stuck he figured out a way to get me in. His technician diagnosed the the problem immediately made needed repair very quickly and had me on my way. I can’t over emphasize how much I appreciate what Manny and his guys for me.
