I brought my 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for service because of a steering assist reduced warning message. I was hesitant because normally I do not have dealers do service on my vehicles. Boy was I surprised to get the service that I did. Everyone else was quoting 2 weeks to a month and a half before they could even look at it. I brought it in and Tim told me it would be one to two days for a diagnosis. When I arrived Levi was the service rep that assisted me. He was polite and professional. He told me he would call me and let me know what they find within a day or two. He called me the next day around noon and told me the repair was completed and I could come pick up my vehicle. I never expected to get the vehicle back the next day. I will definitely allow them to service my vehicle again based on this experience. Another great plus, the repair was covered under the powertrain warranty. When I went to get the vehicle it was washed and ready for me to pick up. Only negative was it seemed they were stretched a little thin when I first called. It was a little difficult to get to talk to someone. Had to leave message and wait for call back. Other than that I will definitely try them again when service needs arrive. However, this is my 3rd Cadillac and other than oil changes and regular maintenance we have never had a problem. Waiting now to look at a vehicle coming in September. Possibly it will be my 4th. Thanks Garcia Cadillac for a great experience.

My girlfriend and I decided to fly to Santa Fe from Denver and buy a brand new corvette. We were met at the airport by Jonathan and upon arrival to the dealership we were treated like royalty by Jesus and team. Throughout the entire car buying process we were never under any pressure. The price was fantastic and no unnecessary fees or marked up features added to the car! I have purchased new cars out of state brfore and this was by far the easiest to date. A truly remarkable car buying experience! I hope when they get a ZR1 corvette they keep me in mind. I will always look at the Chevy dealer in Santa Fe 1st while shopping for my next vehicle! Overall I thought I received great service Anthony kept me informed and I felt the job was done in a timely manner. I would definitely come back if any other issues needs attention. One thing that I found 2 days ago is. I had to remove the cover off the top of the engine and noticed that the small diameter hose that connects on bottom left was not connected. I drove the truck over 7 hundred before finding that. Just need to remind your technicians to double check all hose connections.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly without any high-pressure sales tactics. I really appreciated their approach, which made me feel comfortable and respected. The process of getting set up for the test drive was smooth and efficient. The cars I drove were clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. It was clear they take great care of their inventory. Need to utilize the on line schedule. Avalaible times and dates don’t match. Had trouble scheduling days and times since the app didn’t update with their book.
