DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. i spoke with the Service Manager and he suggested blowing out my windshield wiper washer line. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, they charged me $1400 and sent me on my way, but they fixed n This is the most crooked shop I have ever been to. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, they charged me $1400 and sent me on my way, but they fixed nothing. When I brought the car back the second time, Victor in service tried telling me there was a “miscommunication” and that he informed me nothing has been fixed the first time. Why would I have paid all that money for nothing?? There was no miscommunication because none of that information was communicated to me. So now I’m left hundreds of dollars out of pocket for an issue that was not resolved. Unbelievable. Go anywhere else but Chevy of Santa fe. More
Build and ordered my ultimate dream truck Cheve Trail Boss 6.2L from Santa Fe Cheve back in March of 2021 it took a long while to get it went though 2 sales persons but I was very very patient and knew e Boss 6.2L from Santa Fe Cheve back in March of 2021 it took a long while to get it went though 2 sales persons but I was very very patient and knew eventually it would come in mean while I got assigned a new sales person named Francisco (Cisco) Miranda. Cisco was the most professional the most Awesome person I have ever meet he would call me reassure me every week keep me informed the status of my truck. Of course I would be in the dealership very often checking which Cisco he would drop everything take his time and make me feel like a very important costumer. Jump on his computer and check status ASAP!!! To me that just show what an amazing sales person Cisco is and how attentive he is to his customers!!! Eventually my truck finally came in Cisco called me ASAP had it all shined up ready the next day for me to pick it up!!! I can go on and on what an Amazing person and sales person Cisco is I truly have made a friend for life!!! Thank you Cisco appreciate all you have done for me!!! Valerie Salazar More
My service experience on 6/8/23 was not the best. I asked Victor, the service rep, if they had any oil change specials. He said I could look on the website and check. I had the oil changed on my 20 I asked Victor, the service rep, if they had any oil change specials. He said I could look on the website and check. I had the oil changed on my 2014 Silverado with a 4.3 V-6 and checked the website for specials. They had a $75.00 56 quart special , so I let Victor know, I would like the special. Two hours later, he said my vehicle takes 8 quarts, which is $106.00, but he reduced it by $10.00. I have changed the oil on that truck personally and have always installed 6 quarts. Not sure if Victor is unsure, or if he was having a bad day, but I felt cheated. I will not recommend Santa Fe Chevrolet Service. More

I had a rare and exceptional experience purchasing an EUV from Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe. Salesperson, Mike Day, was able to find my dream car at an even dreamier price. The customer service was outstan from Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe. Salesperson, Mike Day, was able to find my dream car at an even dreamier price. The customer service was outstanding and Mike Day was very knowledgeable, honest and went the extra mile with outstanding customer service. The Finance Manager, Ricardo Anaya, was the most professional and competent finance person I have ever encountered and processed my paperwork in under 10 minutes. After this experience buying an EUV from this dealership, my family and I can’t imagine purchasing future vehicles from any dealership except Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe. More
Service department was the worst experience of my life. Don’t take your vehicle here they charge you for driving into the building. Not helpful in any way it’s all about up charging. I needed a 5 minute review of a problem that created when I had a recall on the airbag replaced here. The auto start remote was physically unplugged no one took responsibility I waisted 4 hrs of my day to get it corrected by another company. They only said we can charge you to look when this problem has to have happened in their possession of the vehicle. The 2 service advisors are terrible in communication and responsibility. Don’t take your vehicle to this dealership it’s the worst of the worst. I’d rate a zero if this was an option. More
