Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some very difficult service issues on a rare '06 S60 R project car I own. I even made a sales offer on a demo/loaner and he took time out of his busy schedule to walk over and present it to the sales department which was way over his pay grade. He has been excellent in his communication , getting back to me within a short period of time when I've contacted him. He is exceptional at his attempts to resolve anything I throw at him, but especially in advising me should I purchase any other Volvo 'unicorns' as I am a very atypical performance-oriented Volvo enthusiast. The team at service there with Brian & Emerson, as well as Shannon and Laura, is extremely pleasant in the way they both answer the phone and relay information. For this reason I will not service my Volvos anywhere else.

Took my Son and his Family to Bridgewater Volvo to purchase a Volvo.. Can’t say enough about the 5 Star treatment he received from all. John Maxton, Al Cologna the Manager, Yamaline, the Finance Manager, Josh and Zach, the vehicle specialists a, and Janet the Receptionist. He traded in his Honda and took home a 2024 Certified Volvo XC40. Whether or not you are interested in a Volvo you have to visit this Dealer. Claus Nagy and his maintenance team are always a pleasure to deal with. Routine maintenance this time, but Claus and his team got me through several difficult emergencies that popped up in the past year. He scheduled me as quickly as he could and the maintenance dept did the repairs. As always, one and done with them. Claus is, as always, fully transparent about repairs needed, pricing, and passes on whatever notes the mechanics have about your car. This is the only place I have my 2012 Volvo servicedl.

Worst customer service / dealer experience I have ever - L Narozniak

Worst customer service / dealer experience I have ever had in owning 8 Volvos - avoid them at all costs - THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND PRICE GOUGE. I made an appointment for programming a new key fob for my daughter's 2008 S40. My daughter and I checked in, were told the cost would be $600+, and were told it would take an hour to program the new key. After waiting 1 hour 45 minutes, my daughter asked why it was taking so long. The service employee stated "we are having a small issue with programming the new key". He sent the service manager over who reiterated that excuse. His explanations did not make sense and he kept saying the programming was taking longer than expected. When I kept asking what the problem was and how much longer it would take I was told "I have something to tell you and I don't think you are going to be very happy". He told me the new key fob they ordered HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND THEY HAD NO NEW KEY FOB ON SITE. They knew this when they checked us in, told us it would cost $600+, would take an hour to program the new key, and "please have a seat in the waiting area". LIES, LIES, LIES. If my daughter had not asked about the delay, they were NOT GOING TO TELL US - THEY LEFT US SITTING WAITING FOR 2 HOURS FOR A KEY THEY DIDN'T HAVE. The service staff we spoke to all knew the key wasn't there, but chose not to tell us. We immediately left. If they will lie about not having a part on site when they check you in, what else will they lie about when performing maintenance on a vehicle? THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! We then took our car to Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ who had the key in stock, took an hour to program it as promised, and cost $100 less than Edison Volvo.

Internet Sales Staff Lies to Customers - Jillian Coloe - Coloe Lies

Calling to confirm (after several email exchanges and telephone conversations with Jillian Coloe), that a specific vehicle was available, I was assured by Jillian Coloe and her sales manager less than 24 hours before visiting dealership that the vehicle was in stock. Coming from Philadelphia (1 hour drive), I wanted to be certain that I wasn't wasting my time. Upon arrival, Jillian Coloe handed me off to another salesperson who told me that the vehicle I came to purchase was being test driven by another customer. Less than 20 minutes later I was told that the vehicle had been sold the week before. Jillian Coloe was too much of a coward to respond to my request to come out of her office and explain why she blatantly lied to me.
