I went to Empire Mazda yesterday just to inquire and get some questions I had answered about the Mazda MX-50 Turbo model. I was greeted initially by Hossam who took his time addressing the many questions I had. And going over some of those questions while looking over the one in the showroom. It was a pleasure dealing with Hassam. And was time well spent. When we're ready to pull the trigger it will be great to follow-up with him.

I needed an oil change on my Honda Passport and this particular location in Old Bridge New Jersey welcomed me without an appointment...they were very efficient with the other vehicles with getting drivers in and out and I'm thinking that's why it's easy for them to take walk-ins because they really mean it when they say walk-ins and I really appreciate the service. I didn't have to wait no longer than 30 minutes and it was on a Saturday so the service was great and my Service Advisor, Sylwester Brulinski that waited on me was great ...he was very helpful he explained the services that was being performed on my vehicle in addition to the oil change that I was getting and he explained as well the receipt after everything was finished and what was recommended that I get taken care of and I was just very pleased with the service ...the environment felt comfortable even though most people weren't there long at all such as myself so I enjoyed that... the vibe and I would recommend this location to anyone that is getting their Honda serviced.

I didn't have a car at the time, and Victor whom I spoke to, offered to send someone to pick me up and drive me to the showroom to check out and test drive the vehicle I was inquiring about. Make a long story short, test drove the car, liked it, sat down with Victor and 2 hours later, I'm departing with my new car!
