I had an emergent problem with my air-conditioning. I showed up unannounced and was able to get an appointment for repairs by the next day with a loaner car repairs were made within 72 hours and I was I showed up unannounced and was able to get an appointment for repairs by the next day with a loaner car repairs were made within 72 hours and I was kept updated regularly.
