this dealership needs to be investigated. terrible customer service from the new service manager tom carrino. this dealer never did a full complete brake job on my car leaving out the anti rattle clips on the rear caliper causing my brakes to fail early and unevenly. when i discovered this i went to the dealership and requested my money back. service manager at that time was jennifer alfasso who was more than happy to give me my money back. kept calling and found out she was no longer with the company the next week. new service manager comes in 2 weeks later and is stating no refund. got to the point where i have to get a lawsuit involved in this process for unsafe acts and dealer negligence. i would highly advice you never bring a car here for service. the volkswagen service advisor jen is amazing but the manager above her is very demeaning and talks down on you. and now with this lawsuit a simple refund of $1,200 which is pennys to them will now turn into upwards of 10 grand. will never be going back to this dealership.
