There are not sufficient words to express my gratitude to Anthony Collazo, my service advisor, and Roy Turner, technician, and the great staff like Robin who helped me with my paperwork. Anthony had my diagnostics done, parts ready to ship from New York, and a rental car waiting for me in one hour. My Altima was ready the next day, and runs like brand new. It isn't just the amazing work ethic, it is some greater purpose that everyone treats you as family. You must come here to truly understand how a dealership with honesty and care can take away the anxiety of auto expense and complexity. I purchased my vehicle here 3 months ago, and the sales department was fantastic and top notch. My salesman was Florette. She was terrific. Yesterday I went there for service, and I must say the service staff was terrific, I was there for my FREE oil change, but it made no difference to Tammy and the service staff. They took care of me as if I spending 1000 dollars. What a great dealership. Top to bottom. I would never go anywhere else. Great staff.

Shawn identified the service items my car needed, provided me a loaner car, had his mechanic send a video of items that were checked, helped me identify the best tires for my car based on how I use my car, and had my car back to me as promised. I drive by several Porsche Dealers on my way to Princeton and will continue to do so.

We had a very good experience with the service department from the appointment setting by a young lady who was very nice and helpful, to Phil who took care of us. He was friendly, courteous and explain everything we needed to know. The office was clean and tidy. Very good atmosphere! We will definitely return in the future.
