Best and only place to take your Subaru to for repair work, maintenance . My Service writer is Nicole and she is amazing and awesome and patient, caring . Nicole keeps you updated on your vehicle. I happen to need more work than they thought, and Nicole got me a rental and took care of the paperwork for me. She kept me updated while I was home, and with what was gonig on, that it would be a few more days, due to a a part they were waiting,, did not arrive yet. This is the only Subaru Dealership Service Department that you want to go to, if you want your vehicle properly taken care of. The service area is clean, they have a TV and coffee maker, It is always clean and comfy there if you wait for your vehicle. Everyone is friendly and says hi, how are you, all professional, caring. Kerry Monica Jr , if sees me, stops and gives m a hug and takes a few minutes to speak, asking what's going on with my vehicle. Kerry Monica Jr, is a Great Manager for Subaru, like Nicole, tells me not to worry, they will find out the issue/problem and take care of it. I know my car is in good hands there, for Bobby is a GREAT Mechanic, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He cares and takes pride in his work, and insures that you will be safe in it and everything is working the way it should be. Bobby checks everything and rechecks to make sure all is working well after he has repaired. it. . I cannot express to all of you, if you want your car serviced well, running well, than you should bring it to Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River NJ. You will not be disappointed. I recommend them highly to ALL!

What a great place! My Solterra wouldn't charge at a fast charger and I was stuck with only 5% charge. I Googled the closest Subaru and Victory Subaru came up. I called them and they said bring it in. They looked at the car immediately and told me it was overheated because for a bunch of possible reasons, mostly my own fault/ignorance. They charged my car on their in house level 2 charger and shuttled me to a nearby movie to wait out the charging time until I had enough juice to get where I needed to go. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. All the frustration of being stranded in the middle of nowhere melted away because of Victory Subaru's friendly service. It's so nice to be part of the Subaru family!!!

I put a complaint in to Mr. Zanger. I was waiting 6 months for a radio,so I complained to Mr. Zanger. Within two hours, I got an email from Antonio Guzman (manager) that he would see that it was handled. He then got Bill Abrams involved (service manager) who got the radio and within two weeks from the email it was installed. It works great! Special shout out to Mike in parts for contacting me to let me know the radio came in. Also shout out to Val my service writer for his kindness.

What an amazing place to get a car and go there for services. It’s beyond my understanding that old bridge Subaru does such a tremendous job every time you go there. Their service is way above five stars, their welcoming, ease of appointments, taking care of your car, their interaction and integrity, just awesome. Ashley and every single one of them are extremely knowledgeable, honest and willing to help beyond the possibilities. Every time I visit, I come out with ease in my heart and a smile. I feel that I am one of them or their closest family members. I cannot compare Subaru of old bridge with any other services. Good job Ashley and all service managers and all technicians and all mechanics. I am very impressed and honored.

Before Ciocca took over, I had purchased and was very happy with sales and service of 3 Subarus. Now it’s apparent they fit the bill of a “typical” dealership; expensive, questionable ethics and pushy service staff. $120 to replace windshield wipers, $600+ to replace spark plugs versus $300 my certified mechanic charged for the same. I’m in the market for a new vehicle now, but as much as I like Subaru and would be happy to purchase another, it will not be from Ciocca.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

With a servicing contract, we drive close to 30 miles to reach Olden Ave on a Saturday. We were running late due traffic and was never told when making the appt that the Service Dept were to close early that day. We called ahead and upon arrival, RuthAnn made accommodation and happily took us in for our first Oil Change with tire rotation. We were out in abut 30 min. At another Suby dealer, the wait is usually about 90 min the last 7 years. Thank you RuthAnn. A few services ago at the other Suby dealer, the dipstick was not returned to its location. Went under the hood the next day to take a quick look. All good but noticed the windshield fluid was very low and not topped off.
