Have a 2021 grand Cherekee Having issues with Tail Gate Finally was not closing even the manual didn’t work It was stuck on open I brought vehicle this morning Dealt with Alex Vargas in service Wow Great professional He said they will look at it see what’s wrong The charge will be $370 It turns out it was the module Plus had to reset codes too They went to pick up unit My warranty was over last week too When I picked up vehicle he said no charge Could not believe it He had called manufacturer and they waived all the charges Unreal He is a great individual I asked him what he drinks Tequila Will bring bottle to him Thank you so much
