The usual salesman will tell you what you want to hear. At Edison Nissan they cut through the flowery language and lay it out the way it is. I don't have to filter the sales spiel through skeptic's filter-paper. They don't waste my time. Either we make a deal or we don't. Either way we remain friends. I have been going there for about ten years. It is the only car place that I trust. But don't trust them because I say so. Go there and find out for yourself. Today, in preparation for Mother's Day, the owner of Edison Nissan was standing outside in the rain, greeting customers and handing them expensive bouquets of roses for Mom. He decided that it's the least he can do to make a lousy Mother's Day a little better this year, despite economic collapse and widespread disease. Who else has such a big heart?

He’s consistently on point with what’s needed, prices everything reasonably, and my vehicle is always ready when promised. Bob maintains constant communication—whether it’s by text, email, or a phone call—so I never have to wonder what’s going on. My mind is always at ease. One standout example: I had a transmission issue with my Infiniti. The Infiniti dealership seemed more focused on the cost than on actually helping me—even though I had an extended warranty. Bob stepped in, arranged to pick up the vehicle from that dealership, handled everything from start to finish, and got it done quickly and professionally. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This is the kind of representative I want to do business with. A little backstory: I’m retired now, but I previously served as General Manager of multiple new car dealerships, including a Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram franchise. If I were still in the business, I would have made Bob an offer to become a Service Manager—and eventually a Service Director. That’s how impressed I am with him. I can only assume the dealer group he works for understands his worth and value. They’re lucky to have him—and so are the customers.

I visited this dealership to have new tires put on my car and it was a headache from start to finish. Already experiencing issues with the tires and they are brand new! Also, don't bother leaving a message for the service manager because he doesn't return phone calls (this is nothing new at either Ramsey Nissan or Infiniti). Based on my experience, it's safe to say this will be my first and last time owning an Infiniti and maybe even a Nissan.

The dealership is horrible for service my car is 3 years old has 9,000 miles and they want to charge me $205 to diagnose it I'm 75 years old and I just can't believe that they're put me through this because I haven't been able to use my car for a week and a half now because it won't start. And if it's the alternator it's not covered which is $1,000 I can't I don't have that kind of money and they won't even honor like helping me out so don't buy anything here

This is our 4th Lease Nissan Rogue. from the same dealership. The car has been with us since last september. It was making a very loud cracking noise. We took it to Acme Nissan to be fixed, They said it is your fault you will. It is not covered under warantee. We contacted Acme Corporate Acme Nissan hurried to tell them it is our fault. We took it to another Nissan Dealer and they said we will fix it under warantie as it is Nissan defect in the Car. The Mechanic at Acme Nissan was very rude and full of it. I can tell you he does not know anything about cars. He just want people to pay and of course to gain a point as an employee. I was thinking of buying the car but after this experience I will never set foot at Nissan again. We are not valued and the people at Acme Nissan are dishonest. We will be looking at another brand but not Nissan. We learned our lesson

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

I was on vacation from Canada and my Rogue transmission failed. I was directed to speak to Greg who, I guess, was the service manager. Greg pretty much told me to get lost. He said he had transmission work backed up “for months “. I asked where else I could get help. No response. After much effort, I finally managed to get from him that there were Nissan dealerships in Atlantic City and Toms River. I asked which was closer; he had no clue. Finally another person sitting nearby thought Toms River might be closer. I asked Greg is he had a telephone number for them. He gave me a number and that was it. No more info. I left at that point and dialed the number. And, just like Greg, it was not in service.

I wonder if the General Manager of Cherry Hill Nissan makes all the employees of the dealership take a kindness pill every morning. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated as courteously as at Cherry Hill Nissan. All the employees that I interacted with were exceptionally helpful and kind, particularly Dennis Webb in service and Tony in parts... I suppose they must be taking two pills every morning!
