He went out of his way to learn the features of the used car, despite it being a different manufacturer than what they typically sell. We were a bit confused as to why an additional $3k was added to the posted price to cover “getting it ready for sale”, but happy to work with Yurii.

DO NOT service your KIA EV at this location. My EV6 was towed here on June 7th, and nearly six months later, they still have my vehicle with no substantive updates during this entire time. The onus was on me to call every few weeks to see if any progress had been made. It is now NOVEMBER and they still have not repaired my car. And to be perfectly clear, at this point I no longer want the car back—I want my money back.

I’ve had numerous issues with Performance Kia in Denville, NJ, but the latest one is the most outrageous. My 2019 Kia Sorento has been randomly not starting since January 1, 2024. I brought it in, and after keeping my vehicle for 3 days, they couldn’t find the problem. Then I received a letter from Kia America stating that the issue is related to the high-pressure fuel pump—clearly the reason why my car won't start. Despite this, Performance Kia refused to replace the part! I’m beyond frustrated, especially since it's extremely inconvenient and unsafe when your vehicle doesn’t start unexpectedly. What’s worse is that they let me leave their dealership with a car that could fail at any time, putting me and my children in danger. This is completely unacceptable and shows an alarming disregard for customer safety. I cannot recommend this service center and strongly urge others to reconsider taking their vehicle here.

Just had a not so nice call with a woman named IVORY who works in the service department. I explained to her that I have an appt already on the books, but my car will not start so I would need to have it towed to the dealership today. Things were going well up until the point where she asked me for my name. I gave her my name and asked for hers as well. She stated that her name was Ivory but refused to give her last name. I did make a comment that it seemed evasive to not want to give her last name but I was fine with it. This UNHINGED woman proceeded to yell at me that she doesn't give her last name because her son was murdered 2 years ago. I then yelled right back at her that I didn't kill her son. She then hung up on me. I called back and reported her to her manager Lisa. I reported her because I think she may need to seek counseling. If asking her for her last name is triggering a traumatic experience, then maybe she should not be answering phones. I do not want this woman to lose her job or anything like that, but maybe a change in duties might be helpful. Briana Blackshear

My experience was excellent. We arrived at a fair deal for our 2023 Telluride (love the vehicle). However the reason for this review is because there was an error in the paperwork that resulted in us being charged $1,000.00 above the agreed price. The dealership noticed the error, called us, apologized for the error and immediately refunded the overpayment. This honesty and integrity is appreciated as they could have swept it under the rug. For me, 5 starts for honesty and integrity, you do not often see these days were someone admits a mistake, corrects the mistake and apologizes. For this reason, I have to highly recommend this dealership. Thank You, Joe

The worse experience. Came to return Kia lease and manager din’t take it. Lease is over and I can’t return it? The worst part is that the manager didn’t even get up to talk to me. He was skewed down behind the counter and talk to me like I’m a homeless person. I asked him for his name and he said that he doesn’t have to give it to me. So….I am at the Kia dealership, trying to return Kia lease and not only that he said ‘I am not taking it’ he also didn’t want to give me his name. What a professional WOW. And when I told him that as a Kia representative he has to at least tell me his name so I know with whom I spoke, he said ‘I don’t have to give you S..T’ Very professional! So, they beg you to get a Kia Lease but when the lease is over they don’t want to take it back! KIA CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!! . I did sent a complaint to a Kia corporate and I will make sure I stay on top of it. I also did googe search of that ‘professional’ manager and his name is Nelson Jimenez. Note to the Kia of Englewood owner, please make sure your employee do greet the customers and treat them with respect and not like we are a lowlifes if we decide to return the lease which btw was bought at your dealership! Why would I or anyone ever want to do business with your dealership and Kia itself, if your manager and Kia representative treats me like this? I did took a photo of your manager so I can identify him, even though he did try to hide himself….lucky for me he was too lazy to even get up.
