Met my sales person, Jeff Tapale, during a cold, rainy, and muddy day to just look at the Santa Fe and Genesis vehicles. I was greeted at the door and met Jeff shortly afterwards. Although the weather was terrible, he was very willing to take me outside to show all the different trim options and colors of both cars. His shoes were caked in mud. I never had such great sales service, going above and beyond. Even after having to delay my purchase and shop other dealers, Jeff maintained contact for any and all questions, without being pushy. When it finally came down to the purchase, Jeff and the dealership made a hassle free deal on a new Santa Fe. I would recommend Wayne Hyundai and Jeff to anyone considering a Hyundai.

We just purchased a Hyundai Elantra from this dealership for our children. We had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Steve Sanabria and Danny. Danny was new, and we were his first sale. Steve and Danny worked as a team, and they went above and beyond for us. Danny did an outstanding job, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and this dealership. The only negative was dealing with the financing guy. He was a bit gruff and grilled us on why we didn't want to purchase the extra plans they sold. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed everyone we met and interacted with. I would give them my business again, and I hope we can buy another car from Danny in the future.

This is my first purchase of a car from Liberty Hyundai. Having known the DeSilva’s, most of my life, I knew I would receive the best! Tonya was such a pleasure. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my. Genesis G 70. Tonya guided me through the whole process of test driving, all the paperwork and the final purchase of the car. we spoke on the phone several times During the purchasing phase. later, Tonya, followed up to make sure everything was working properly with my car, and if I was enjoying it. She is a lovely young woman and an asset for Liberty Hyundai! In addition, all the other staff members I came in contact with were extremely helpful and pleasant. I drove BMW's for many years, but the transition to the Genesis was So easy. I love my car, it handles beautifully. All around, this was a great experience!

The mixed reviews must be coming from those who are impatient or have never purchased a car during this tough economy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for used, new or just a new dealership to check out in the area. I went in to check out a 2018 Subaru from my salesman Axel and he was nothing but professional and interpersonal. He gathered more information about me, my lifestyle and what my daily life consists of in order to create a vision of where we could meet within our negotiation and price point. At first, we both started off on two different ends on where we saw the value but his determination and willingness to work with me back and forth with our deal paid off ultimately letting us come to a fair and mutual agreement. Having a salesman who wants to see you win while also seeing getting there difficult job completed is somewhat hard to find in this day in age and I am so glad I came across Axel for my last vehicle at Lynnes Hyundai. 5 stars, don't hesitate if you've been thinking!

I drove roughly six hours to purchase a vehicle, sales people were pleasant and professional. For financing I was set up with one of their newer financial employees, on three separate occasions they made copies of my license and had to redo the paperwork twice due to incorrect information. During the sale I was told that the key for the locking lug nuts will be provided after I purchase the car. Once the vehicle was finally purchased we got it and drove it home all of the checks for a certificates used vehicle were preformed yet somehow there was water leaking over the passenger floor and the blower motor would only work on high after ten minutes down the road. Then when arrived at home in the following days I was notified that the financial advisor had been changed and that the original advisor only copied one side of my license so I needed to send more missing information in. Every single time I called the sales or service department to try to get info or to send them the information that they requested I was immediately sent to voice mail and never received return call, only after multiple consecutive calls did I reach an employee and only after I asked to speak to the manager did I receive ANY information. I also ended up with a flat tire so I went to change it however I could not because they had not given me the key for the locking lug nuts. When I asked the only person I could get through to at the dealership I was told “bought as is” which is not what was said originally. Luckily corporate Hyundai rectified this as a certified warranty should have been covered. Now I am receiving multiple messages about a service that they think I scheduled in which I did not. Over all the experience was a nightmare.

We decided to go look at the new 2025 Hyundai Tuscon on the last day of the year (12-31-24) to possibly upgrade my Wife's 2020 Tuscon (53,000 miles) which has been a great reliable SUV with no major issues/expenses other than regular maintenance or wear & tear item replacement. Our plan was to go back to the Dealership who sold us our 2020, but we also included Franklin Sussex Hyundai which was closer to us. We were going to try Franklin Sussex Hyundai in 2020 but they had sold the Tuscon we wanted and had to go to the Dealership further out. Upon arriving at Franklin Sussex Hyundai, Alex (Sales Manager) dropped what he was doing to assist us and confirm the vehicle (Color Combination) was still 'In Stock'. Then, he immediately searched for an available Salesman (Solomon Deguzman) for us to go over some numbers. I've purchased many new vehicles throughout my lifetime and this is where the process often gets grueling! However, I found Solomon to be extremely pleasant from the get go which made the negotiation process very comforting while listening to our needs. I never felt pressured by him, which was huge for me due to my low threshold for patience at times like these. Solomon stayed good natured while going back & forth to present our numbers to Alex. We were able to come to a final deal without the grind a Buyer would often find with other Dealerships. This was truly one of my best experiences negotiating a new car purchase. Even, Brentt in Financing was very helpful to get us in and out. Solomon is also tech savvy with great knowledge of the vehicle itself and went out of his way to explain the nuances of the Tuscon. To make your experience as wonderful as ours was, I highly recommend you call ahead to request Solomon Deguzman (in forefront of photo) assist you with your purchase. Kudos to all the friendly people at Franklin Sussex Hyundai to get my Wife into her new vehicle!!! I'm adding an additional 5 stars *****!!!

Regarding the service dept, I would stay away from the service advisor named Domenic, who lied to me to try to get me to not pursue warranty work, and also physically intimidated me. Very scary stuff.
