Mr. Frank Russo is a very helpful service advisor at DCH Paramus Honda. My honda vehicle had an auto service at this shop on March 25, 2024. Next day, I found out it was mistakenly overcharged and reported to the original service advisor for a refund, unfortunately the refund had not getten to me for a month even I had contacted the original service advisor so many times, calls, voice mails and emails. Until I contaced Mr. Frank Russo who could resolve my issure in just one hour. He responds my email and phone calls right away. Frank is a trust person. I visited the dealership on 4/19/24 to see about buying a used 2020 Honda Odyssey. I called ahead and made an appointment with JP DaSilva because I saw from Google and dealerrater.com that he had so many other positive reviews. I'm glad I did because all those reviews were correct in saying how wonderful he was to work with. At no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. There was no tedious back and forth haggling, we got straight to the out the door price and worked from there. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Campbell in finance who was also very kind and helped me get out of there quickly. After the vehicle was purchased, while I was with Mike in finance, JP even went ahead and installed my ezpass and my car seats into the new car. Such a laid back and gentle car buying experience, would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you again Lester Glenn Honda!

I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.
