Now it took a lot for me to Write this Review I actually got love for some people at this dealership. Joel Freddy Carlos and Kevin worked extremely well with me and help me out getting the Car I received But then there was the car i purchased that turning into a nightmare and I know making a decision is out of their hands but I raised awareness to the GM and he just kept stating Nothing he can do to help that the deal I was in had No room for him to help me get out of the most Horrible situation ever build. The Honda Prologue elite that can barely give me 150-200 miles on a full charge . I have done so many test and consistently complained to his dealership about my issues and all I keep hearing is the cold is not allowing the car to properly perform as advertised. I have claims open with Honda Corporate honda Manufactures Better business Bureau NJ and Better business Bureau CA I literally drove 1.7 miles and car drained 32 miles and I’m hearing there’s nothing we can do … 718 a month with 33 months left and I’m hearing there’s nothing that can be done smh. So that bad by a GM like that and Honda in general. And I’m actually a Honda fan but after this experience I’m sorry to the good people over there at Route 22 but I have to leave this Review because this ain’t how a customer should be treated let alone a customer that had 4 plus loans with Honda and actually brought you customer and promoted your Dealer. I constantly ask for a loaner so service can do more digging and continued to be told there isn’t any. Then I say at the service department for 3 hours while they diagnose the vehicle to be told no solution to my complaint it’s the cold causing the advertised Range to not be Met. Like I said it took a lot for me to write this Review because i actually like ppl there but this situation is draining me as a person causing my household to be unhealthy because of my stress. No shade to certain personal at Route 22 but You would think The General Manager would have Step up and done better as a Human to even Pushed Honda Corporate to do right by me .

I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.

My review of Honda of Princeton is really about my salesman, Sanjay Chadda. He was recommended to me by 3 others, and I must say the man knows his stuff! He was patient, knowledgeable and above-and-beyond helpful. Buying a new car is a HUGE ticket item that can be a stressful experience. I would say that Sanjay's assistance and support made the entire experience very positive and exciting. He explained various options to me that enabled me to make an educated decision. He further took care of everything from registration to title to license plates. It was also very easy to reach Sanjay rather than having to jump through endless message hoops. I had a horrible experience at Open Road Honda in Edison. I took my Pilot in for a timing belt and water pump replacement, which cost me $800. But just three weeks after the service, the car stalled on the road. I had to tow it and spent $1,000 to replace the alternator. Then, a couple of months later, it stalled again in a parking lot, and I had to tow it once more, this time spending another $1,000 to replace the starter. I was told everything was fine after the initial service. To make matters worse, since then, my mileage has dropped from 17 MPG to 14 MPG on local drives.
