What can I say we didn’t even go in to buy a Genesis but another used car. The service we received from Rocco Colangelo and our sales manager Ben Trotenberg was top notch. Ben worked hard for us even though our credit was not the best to get us a vehicle that we truly loved. The professionalism makes this dealership stand above others in the industry

My car was in for service. - Never again
My car was in for service. I waited 6weeks to get it back and my car is worse then it went in for. Left hoses off and clamps to I have coolant leaks all over my engine . It now has burning inside the intake manifold. Left gaskets unsealed. Please dnt buy from this dealership. Poor service. 2800.00 in the hole, and now I'm trading it in for a better car, more reliable customer service. Never again will I buy from Genesis.

Things have not improved here. Trying to schedule a recall service and after two calls and one chat I only get sales solicitations and so far no service appointment. I wish I had any other Genesis service in the vicinity. Due to the bad communication I am doing the routine service elsewhere, but for a recall my options are limited. Not buying a new Genesis as long as I live close to this service location!
