Don’t waste your time trying any other Ford dealership, this is the best one most definitely! Over the years, I have dealt with other used car salesmen and mechanics and other Ford dealerships, no one else compares, not even close! I had a fantastic experience purchasing a used car from Maplecrest Ford Lincoln Of Union. From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—which is something I never thought I’d say about car shopping! The sales team was friendly, patient, and never pushy. They listened to what I needed, worked within my budget, and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. The vehicle I chose was in excellent condition, fairly priced, and came with a full inspection and clean history report, which gave me real peace of mind. I also ESPECIALLY love their Service Dept! They seriously treat you like one of the family and do everything they can to keep your car running smoothly and for as long as possible! The team is not only knowledgeable but also take the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. Perhaps I am accustomed to the service provided by Lexus, because the service I received at Ciocca Ford of Lawrenceville was disappointing. I clearly expressed my need for a detail and was told I would be contacted by a service representative to confirm my services and warranty coverage. They did not contact me. It wasn't until I had traveled an hour that I was informed detailing was not covered and would cost $550. Consequently, I arrived and left with a dirty car. More importantly, I would not have traveled an hour for minor warranty work. No courtesy wash, no vacuuming, nothing! Furthermore, the loaner car I received was dirty. There was a lack of customer service. My car was not charged when I picked it up, even though they knew I had about an hour's drive to and from this location (the closest to my home). In fact, an employee's car was charging on the charger instead of a customer's. I had to unplug that car to try to charge mine. I gave up and drove to a Chevy dealership and used their fast charger. Voicemails I left were not returned. My most recent voicemail regarding a part that was not replaced has still not been answered. Perhaps I received subpar service because it was a warranty visit. Is it possible that because I wasn't paying for the service, I received no service? My nex service appointment will be at Ciocca of Flemington. My next car will not be a Ford. I am going back to Lexus.

this is absolutely the most expensive and either incompetent or totally rip-off places my friend has been to. He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. was willing to buy a new vehicle off the lot but was told the advertised price was wrong and they couldn't sell it for that. they refused to honor the internet price even though it was their error. ill order it from flemington ford, they dont play games and there is a reason they are #1.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
