The worse dealer I have ever dealt with, their so call - John

The worse dealer I have ever dealt with, their so call costumer service is anything but that, they never pickup the phone, there is no follow up courtesy calls. In my case i call the dealer 12 times in one day with no answer. I even spoke to the general manager at one point, same treatment no difference. The only good thing they have going is that they will pickup your vehicle from you house if need to, but other then that not worth the time and the headache.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star, because 0 isn’t an option) Very bad service at Ciocca Ford and Lincoln of Lawrenceville. David was terrible at providing information and never followed up. They kept my vehicle for a month without calling or responding to messages. I had to go there in person, only to be told to find another dealer because they don’t have any mechanic capable of diagnosing the issue. Total waste of time and zero professionalism. I do not recommend this dealer.

There was no pressure or haggling, everything was so easy and straightforward. We recommend anybody go to Holman Ford and work with Vince!

Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

This year we purchased our daughter's new Ford Escape, financed our return lease Ford Explorer and leased a new Ford Explorer ST. this is absolutely the most expensive and either incompetent or totally rip-off places my friend has been to. He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.

was willing to buy a new vehicle off the lot but was told the advertised price was wrong and they couldn't sell it for that. they refused to honor the internet price even though it was their error. ill order it from flemington ford, they dont play games and there is a reason they are #1.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
