I scrutinized the car took if for a drive slammed on brakes to test. I asked numerous questions that he answered and checked if not sure. Not once did he rush me but was so patient . I wish ever sales rep were like Caleb wanting to provide the best considerate service without being pushy .

He later sold my primary car, an Audi Convertible, without a hitch! I later chose a second car for primary use. Again, the attention to detail and service provided by Brian and his dealership, gave me an unparalleled experience. He and PB Auto Village is whom I would refer anyone, who may be looking for a well-priced, well-kept used car. Worth your time - we ended up not buying here as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan in particular was awesome! He talked for a while with us about Armada trims, even though he knew they didn’t have what we were looking for on their lot. We ended up taking that advice and buying it at another local dealer that had what we were looking for (‘22 Armada SL). We liked these guys so much that we came back here to look for another car we were purchasing but they didn’t end up going with the Nissan product this time.

My wife and I visited for a test drive on Monday expecting to wait a few months before purchasing. There was a car in the showroom that really caught our eye though. I emailed Jessica and Idy the next day and basically worked everything out via email very quickly. The car was ready to be picked up Wednesday! First City Cars and Trucks is the only dealership I’ve visited where I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and experience of buying a vehicle. After being left in a pinch to look for a vehicle that fit my criteria and budget, I thankfully found multiple listings from their website that checked out. All their vehicles were in pristine condition and were extremely affordable - well under Kelly Bluebooks recommended value! I visited the Rochester location and throughout the whole process felt at ease of how professionally and carefully everything was handled. Huge xxxxxxto the detailer- every vehicle I drove looked brand new inside and out! Rebecca and Todd were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel safe in trusting them in such a big decision. In addition to the car being priced extremely well for its value, they were extremely reasonable when working out a price that fit my budget. I had to stay in the building after hours in order to add my car to my insurance, and they were more than accommodating, letting me stay as long as needed. Plus, I also left with a nice goodie bag! I never once felt rushed, stressed, or pressured throughout my entire time there which was unlike anything I had experienced at other dealerships. When you’re making the decision of purchasing a long term investment like a car, it’s beyond reassuring to have people in control of the process that work with you and not just for a commission check. I am so grateful I came across this dealership and highly highly recommend driving over and taking a look at what they have to offer.

Was given a very fair price on my trade and good price on a low mileage, older truck. Marks' team had some repair work to do the truck before I test drove and did the deal and it all worked out. Everyone was friendly, easy to deal with and allowed me plenty of time to inspect the truck myself and make a decision. I see a lot of poor reviews here. Folks, these are USED vehicles. Research and look them over carefully! I know what I bought and what to expect. I don't even know what to say to the snowflakes who felt strongarmed. My experience was friendly, easy-going and very accommodating. I could have walked away on pleasant terms at any time. As it turns out, I am extremely happy with my choice. Love the new truck!
