I went here convinced I was just going to look, as I was in a very tight bind financially but equally desperate. Bob greeted me with a smile and whisked me away to his desk where he worked hard to get me a fantastic deal on a solid car - and he succeeded. No cash down, affordable, reliable. Very easy to work with, sales and service staff have been excellent so far! On my third vehicle I have Purchased through Tim's truck Capital, two Jeep Wranglers and a Nissan frontier, so far so good! There were some problems with the Nissan a day or two after I picked up the vehicle. The service crew was very easy to work with, they went right through the vehicle getting it fixed. Awesome people to work with. ????????

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Audi Stratham, this time working with Kyle Wood, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed, offered coffee, and immediately asked how they could help. Within minutes, Kyle had three great options lined up based on what I was looking for, and I was already out on a test drive. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. No games, no drawn-out back-and-forth. Kyle understood exactly where I needed to be, and we were aligned in under 10 minutes. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, it was clean, detailed, and ready to go right on time. Working with Anthony in the business department was like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in under an hour, which even included a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features. To put this in perspective — a family member of mine just bought a car elsewhere, and it’s been a week-long, frustrating process. Today they went to take delivery and the car wasn’t ready, management tried to upsell after everything was already agreed to, and they’ve now been sitting at the dealership for over four hours waiting. That contrast says everything. Amazing experience with Kyle Wood and the entire Audi Stratham team. This is exactly why I will continue to do business with Audi Stratham and recommend them without hesitation.

I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Mike was great, very knowledgeable. Stayed past closing to make sure I had all the information I needed. I picked my new truck up two days later. The finance experience was excellent and fast also. I’m still driving my Dodge Grand Caravan that I bought over two years ago and it still looks great and runs great. They stand behind their vehicles. Their mechanics are awesome. I have a vehicle from Price, my husband has had two vehicles from Price, my daughter, my son, my best friend, and several neighbors, have all bought vehicles at Price Auto. You will never find friendly, caring, service like this at any other dealer.
