Matthew treated us with respect and professionalism in every way. He explained everything that was being done and explained results of the brake and tire tread assessment we asked for. Thereafter, we received a fair price on the service call and assessment and a reasonable estimate on work that should be done in the near future. As far as the dealership is concerned, they have always been transparent and delivered fair pricing whether it involved a trade-in with purchase or a routine service call. We highly recommend this dealership and the people who work there!

I have been going to Canobie Lake Toyota since it opened. Prior to Canobie Lake it was Rockingham Toyota and I was going there for over 30 years. They have a great crew at Canobie and I'm pleased that a lot of the staff that was at Rockingham Toyota stayed there when Canobie purchased Rockingham. Today I had service maintenance done on 2024 hybrid RAV. Debbie and Timmy were great in the service department. They are knowledgeable, patient, explain things well and just really nice people. The other service reps are also 👌 great but my dealings were with Debbie and Timmy today. I believe the mechanic that worked on my car was named PK. Such a nice guy so smart. He knows his vehicles! Thank you for all you do.

Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! They were able to find a part for me and do the repair within 24 hrs on top on giving me a ride to the hotel and delivering my repaired car to m e so my vacation would not be ruined. Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

Yes i Rated 5 stars for both Sales and Service . I did shop around and receved good deal! A great Sales experience. NO xx just facts . My first Toyota , But my 5th new Vehicle . The Salesman went out to my new purchase and talked me thru all the options while we both sat in the Vehicle. That was a First . Now the Service Dept I spoke with Don when i called to Schedule my first service and requested the engine oil also be changed .Don was very polite and explained that it was not Due for an oil change yet due to such low mileage . Rochester Toyota did as i ask and did a complete service with an oil change . My experience with Rochester Toyota is all good . *****

Had a service and got a scratch when they did the recall. Jason the service manager comped the bill and is willing to pick up and deliver my truck for the repair. I am satisfied with his excellent response. Got home and found my tires low. I emailed Jason about it and made an appointment at a local garage for the next day. Jason emailed back asking if he could help. He not only let me bring it back he checked out himself on the lift all four tires. I have to say that he went above and beyond! I won't go anywhere else.
