If you’re looking to buy a car, they are great, but if you want any service done, be prepared to wait all day in their uncomfortable, noisy and unclean waiting area only for them to come to you with a lis you want any service done, be prepared to wait all day in their uncomfortable, noisy and unclean waiting area only for them to come to you with a list of things that cost more than the price of your car and that they can’t fix because they don’t have the parts. Didn’t notify me timely about delays in getting the job finished on time. The technician left the wheel a mess after changing the tire. At first I thought the wheel was all scratched up like they hit a cur finished on time. The technician left the wheel a mess after changing the tire. At first I thought the wheel was all scratched up like they hit a curb or something but after a closer look it’s just crap left from the installation. I would expect them to clean up their mess. Typical of this dealer’s service group. After not bringing it here for a long time I took a chance on just a tire repair but again I was let down as usual. I always go to Nashua Toyota even though I live 5 minutes from IRA in Manchester since the service at IRA so crappy but I figured a simple tire repair/replace would be okay. I was wrong and will continue to use Nashua Toyota for even the smallest repairs. It’s worth the ride. More
