Terrible, unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff. I brought my Subaru I had purchased from them in because a check engine light was on. I had checked the code reading before bringing it in and knew what was wrong with it, I told them when I dropped it off. They then proceeded to keep it for over a week, I called often and on the occasions that anyone picked up they didn’t have any updates. When they finally told me to come back in to pick it up they told me what was wrong with it, which was the same thing I had already told them the week prior, and then they try to charge me nearly $200 in a diagnostic fee. When I argued this they became very unprofessional and told me to never come back there again. AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COST.

On our way from Rhode Island to Maine for vacation recently we starting hearing a clanking noise from one of our tires. We stopped at Exeter Subaru on a Friday afternoon, and we cannot say enough about the professional, courteous and prompt service we received. They had us on our way within the hour. If we didn't live so far away we'd absolutely be buying our next car from Exeter Subaru. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the name of the Service Department gentleman that we worked with, but he did bring in the manager, Christine, who was also terrific.

Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

When my dashboard turned into a flashing Christmas tree on the way to Mount Snow I brought my car to Keene. Ryan the tech and his service manager promptly got my car in and found the issues. Yes I admit I neglected to have some parts replaced a few miles back and they noted and replaced those. More importantly my transmission had gone on my 6 cylinder 2013 outback. I received a loaner outback (very nice limited 4cyl package) and was on my way. A short time after I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up. Much appreciate the fast and friendly service here in Keene!
