Worst service experience from Honda, ever. - Disappointed.
Worst service experience from Honda, ever. Never had problems with Honda North Danvers, but sat at Tilton NH for almost 3 hours waiting for service to be completed. Did not receive an apology or a status update at any time. The recent for my visit was because I'd had an "alert" on dashboard for maintenance on brakes, tires etc. Soon after driving off, the "Low Tire Pressure" light came on. I carried on driving home as I still had to prepare for a 3 day road trip.Called Honda as soon a I was home & was told this sometimes happens & to return to Honda! I declined and said I'd prefer to take my car to a more competent service center. Was not impressed.
