I have got to say, the experience we had this past Saturday was nothing but amazing! If you are looking for a low key, low sales experience, Irwin is the dealer and ask for IAN! I was put in touch with Ian after agreeing on a agreed upon deal with the online support staff. Our car buying experience was amazing, smooth, and everything we were looking for in dealership experience. Since we parked our trade, and yes, our shinny new car was waiting for us, walked in and felt welcomed when we arrived, meet Ian and he handed us the keys to our 2024 Santa fe and said take it for a test drive, came back and said we want to go a little longer, no problem.
